Great video showing that 99% of the time "my genetics sucks, I have low test, blahblahblah." is just an excuse. Probably people now think that you are on gear or smth. Great journey, and power to you motivate people all over the years. PS: Strength sport is probably the best thing a man can do for the psyche. Be it bodybuilding, powerlifting, kettlebels or whatever, once you feel the strength in your body, you will feel immensely better about yourself and would want to continue the journey of strength discovery.
i want to get a better chest and maybe triceps will 100 pushups, 50 situps, 1 min plank, per day help? i know its not much im pretty weak but do you think it will help? This is currently my 3rd day doing these
@@monkeeatsbanana7397 i think its wise to look into calisthentics then. Important for abs is that they are build by workouts, but revealed only when you have a low enough fat %. Triceps are pretty well build by dips. Look into diet, as you must eat protein for muscle growth. Depends on how much you weigh.
@@tristannn3554I have a 12 percent body fat and i weigh 110 at 5'2, do i need to lose some weight or am i at a good starting point, I'm also only 13 so i can't really lift weights or its gonna mess up my plates. I honestly really wanna change but i don't really have any motivation lol
Just do your workout consistently and improve over time. You can keep perfecting you’re training plan but for the start it doesn’t matter as long as you constantly workout you will make progress. Calisthenics is a good tip.
@@Casedilla73 Number one is calories in vs calories out but fasting can help make quick progress and control hunger. Few good things to Google are Vertical Diet by Stan Efferding, intermittent fasting Kinobody, Mike Israetel, Water fasting with electrolytes…

It will help, but not that much in the long run. But it is a great start!
