Your transformation is good, but not near on the level of Hemsworths. You're not going to look like him in that short period of time from his starting point unless you're on gear.

Eat decently healthy and workout the main muscle groups with full range of motion and your body will change. Staying consistent is the biggest key, next to that is nutrition, then training.
Steroids help if you're an actor too. Nobody in their early 40's can gain 15lbs lean muscle in 6 months.
Ben Chang but these guys are obviously provided with pretty shady “supplements” anyway, obviously no man in his 40s will look like Hugh jackman in 6 months without using some of the stuff he takes
nobody in any age can do that even first-year lifters take 1 year to accomplish 15lb of muscle at their prime (adulthood) and that takes a year of consistent training and diet to achieve. Almost all of them are roided.
Also not forgetting they are provided with hundreds of dollars of high protein foods daily as much as they can eat to increase the bulk quicker.
For anyone reading do keep in mind, a fair number of these actors were already looking pretty good when they started working out hard. If you're in a worse place, it'll take longer. But as GenStudios says, I think it's all about consistency. These actors may well be using supplements and steroids but they're also on a super tight schedule. You're not. You can get all the way there or okay maybe 90% of where they are without ever touching roids or weird pills or even protein powder. Discipline, hard work, good luck all. Only downside IMO is meat is expensive on bulking diets.
These guys put themselves through hell for these roles especially Jackman god water dehydration is dangerous.

Yeah. Even though I don’t believe they’re all on steroids, I don’t see much sense in shitting on them if they do. The job is to look beyond the standard, they’re freaking SUPERheroes, not your average Joe’s. Thor is a god, it’s part of their job to look a certain way, and if steroids are necessary, all the power to them for going the extra mile.

I remember when I was still fairly younger and in the army I loved working out. I'm only 5'9, but in 3 months I went from 155 lbs bench pressing 225 (max) to weighing 200 lbs and bench pressing around 335-340 lbs. I did all this while deployed to Iraq and I wasn't living at one of the nice big camps. All we had was some free weights, bench press, all the normal stuff but nothing fancy.

Tom Holland is a committed profession. He's 21 but I don't think the body comes easy for him. He takes every role he has serious.
He's pretty lean but I think the others body are harder to maintain
He has a huge advantage. He can eat a ton and gain lean muscle mass, with very lil body fat. He can also get super strong and not necessarily too bulky unless he eats in a caloric surplus.
He probably has a fast metabolism and for his body type its hard to gain weight and it's not easy to gain weight/muscle. This is why he said he ate alot.

I would say the 3 Chris's at Marvel have had the largest body transformations... Evans is the one that has really blown me away, every time I have seen him he is just incredibally cut and just massive! Hemsworth, just seems naturally fit after seeing him beyond the Star Trek cameo, and when Pratt forst showed off his physique I was in awe!

anyone else feel bad that these questions are all these actors are asked? like everytime they are on a show its always "what did you do and eat" when a simple google answer could help.
Notice how 99% of all the answers is 80% diet and 20% lifting weights. Even though it is true, but these people need to reword their question, Their asking "how to look as big as Thor", not "How can I get in the best shape of my life"? There is a difference between those 2.
