If you have question or feedback make sure to post it down below, I respond to everyone fairly quick. Thanks for watching.
"The training has been a journey of discovery, just like Superman's discovery. Superman learned he could fly; I learned I could do all sorts of things." That quote right there gives me goosebumps every time. I love it so much.
Appreciate that.
Dark Trainer Z yeah that's really true !
agree
So silly
Dark Trainer Z j
My boy Ben went from fatman to Batman, I went from fatman to obese man.
LOL Try Keto!
I think when he was fat he was on a bulk? Because naturally he isnt bulky as you can see but there he was fat but like buff fat. And then I think he cut after the bulk.
🤣🤣🤣
😁😁
U are a worthless fat fuk
Affleck's was big, but Cavill is a beast. Referring to the "Man of Steel" scene where he walks up onto the shore in the rain stealing clothes, he's just chiseled & defined.
You have to keep in mind that Affleck's like 3 to 4 inches taller than Cavill. Affleck probably had just as much muscle or even weighed more than Cavill, just because of his height Cavill would look bigger.
@@gracialonignasiver6302 Henry Cavill is definitely bigger (muscles) and keeps it going continuously. Affleck only works out for a role if it's required. But you're correct, Ben is taller by an inch or two. He also has naturally broader shoulders, even when not working out. Henry is one of those guys that if he didn't work out, he wouldn't have any shoulders (quite narrow through the shoulders). Of the two... Henry is a class act all the way. Funny. Smart. Modest as hell. Just a really cool guy.
And there is the 10 years age gap also cavil was at his prime
@@WHJeffB Affleck 2.5" taller than Cavill.
Fat Afleck?
Henry is such a class act. he's very much like superman
Paul Panciarello yea they can both fly
You are right
Paul Panciarello I feel like his Superman would’ve been better if he was more himself on camera than the dark gritty version DC was going for
@@AJJr-hc5lz ikr
@Jose Julian Rodriguez Ortiz He's the best superman so far :/
Cavill's trainer is the best in the business. That guy will make you hate him but, you will be stone once he's done
Dreamer 99 tell that to 2:02
Dreamer 99 yes, steroids is a good trainer.
@@daco9464 you dont need steroids yoj fucking idiot
JC Denton you need steroids for your brain if you have one.
JC Denton have you so little dick that you need steroids for it?
Affleck can actually get shredded as fuck if he puts his mind to it. the problem is he hates doing it 😂
"I was a fat kid"
**Shows picture of him being within acceptable normal weight, just doughy**
Oh please!
It's still a weight that would be ridiculed by other kids, he would have been called chubby and fat for sure.
Well I mean he was sat down and wearing baggy clothing but he was still chubby. And back in the late 80s and early 90s everyone was skinny, being fat wasnt common.
@@Ishizaky1 Ikr Americans man. They call fat people skinny.
it was later on, it looks like between the pictures shown where he was MOST obese
U went from donuts to to fat fuk.
Afflecks transformation is incredible in comparison to Cavil simply because of the age difference! Incredible.
Steroids, bro. Same as Jackman or look at Sean Penn in that movie nammed The Gunman
@@lechar92 If you're training right, eating the right stuff and a lot of it, staying hydrated, and getting plenty of sleep, it's insane the transformation you can force from your body in 6 months or less. Most people can't pull it off simply because of time; they don't have time to spend two or more hours at the gym every day, or get over 8 hours of sleep. And even if they do, most people still lack the discipline. For actors, their current movie is their livelihood. Not all actors can push themselves to train like that, but some can. Calling steroids every time someone transforms their body is bullshit. It's entirely possible to get those results naturally.
Yeah, sure, is the age.
@@morgondickerson2086 No its not possible to get those results naturally in 6 months, the fact you think they are shows your lack of bodybuilding/aesthetic training experience and your lack of steroid knowledge.
However they did admit to lighting effects, both also clearly pumped before every shirtless scene. Combine this with make up and special effects and it is possible that their results are not steroids but rather clever cinematography (so still not realistic of "natty" results IMO). The 300 movie used the same trick cinematography to make actors look jacked.
The Progressive Brit well that’s not true you’re both wrong
They both went through struggles(Henry with his weight, and Ben with alcoholism)but they are both beast
Anything is possible
With juice
Do you Bleed? That voice!
Nice video man!
Ben affleck is a good batman despite his haters
He is good, but Bale was even better, atleast for me, but still these two are far better than anybody from past.
Orthuzz Orthuzz no....
Abhi Raj agree
Also I would say. Hes a good character, but hes not Batman.
The suit is just ugly tho, cause it doesn’t have white eyeeeesss
Lol he wasnt even fat, more on the chubby side. Still amazing transformation
That’s why he said he was a chubby kid. And most kid bullies don’t see a difference between fat and chubby, he was overweight but not morbidly obese
gotta say that I thought my boy Ben Affleck wouldn't pull out the Batman character but he really did, he is a good Batman
Cavills chest hair gives him all the strength
Affleck's a great actor, but he didn't exactly go through a "transformation". He gained a little mass for BvS, but he's not as cut as they made him look in the film. There's a reason you don't see any actual footage/pictures outside of the training scene in BvS.
That being said, Henry Cavill is the fucking man for putting on so much lean muscle mass to look the part.
9/10 actors only looked good in their shirtless scene with perfect lighting and everything. I think Cavill is one of the few how actually likes working out.
many actors fast and/or pump-up just for shirtless scenes
everyone does
I actually think Cavill is too buff in BvS, i like his shape in MoS though.
The hard thing for Affleck isn't gaining weight, but losing fat.
6:34 6 months after shooting BvS.
Every actor "fast and/or pump-up just for shirtless scenes"
Hugh Jackman tho for wolverine, that was epic AF
Cavill is built like an NFL Linebacker. I think his transformation is the second most impressive to Hugh Jackman, especially from his 2013 film The Wolverine.
Jackman got the most shredded.
No, he's built like an NFL Receiver. An average NFL Linebacker would be 6'2 265 lbs. A receiver would be 6'1 205lbs. Cavill is likely 195 or 190 at 6'1
Bjondi Dervishi
WHATTTTT? Dude can't be only 190-195? He must be atleast 220-230'
@@extraterrestrialhorse9722 He's reportedly at 203 pounds for Superman
@@erads2185He looks so much bigger lmao
Cavill is a great superman, and Affleck is the batman I most like. They both do their roles beautifully.
It’s impressive for Ben because of his age
Just that:
*“100 percent, the training has been a journey of discovery, just like Superman’s journey of discovery. Superman learned he could fly, I learned I could do all sorts of things in the gym that I never thought possible. It is not just a physical thing but a psychological thing as well.”*
Dude Henry and Ben are fucking absolute beasts.
Henry Cavill is so incredibly handsome. His face is just perfect.
So is ben
@@duderap1857 so am I

Are you still in your bathroom?
Affleck le gana
The best Superman and Batman I've ever seen!
That deadlift from cavill, impressive weight but literally dangerous form, holy crap, hope he doesnt developed any herniated disks later on. Mad respect tho, his training was insane and training is tough, exhausting, and sticking to it can push you to your limits. Good on cavill!!!
Somewhere, you can hear Hugh Jackman chuckling softly!!!
"It's about how much I can give to a movie and it was an external manifestation of that" -Ben Affleck
It's so inspiring...!
batman is huge.
Do you wanna know why?
...
BECAUSE HE'S BATMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!
true
Stop.
daeshawn kenway why? are you paying for my bills? no. continue. do you wanna know why?
...
BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT BATMAN!!!!!!!!!!
You get a like.
daeshawn kenway thanks. you get a dislike. you're welcome.
Henry is literally master of chest, like holy crap
I love Cavill's outlook when asked about how it affected him.
i understand it very much so, Was called b-cup Ben in high school and got myself into the gym to really build the muscle. Not out of spite nor revenge. Just wanting to better myself and never forgetting where i started.
I need to watch this everyday to get myself motivated. Hard to train these days with gyms being closed.

These guys have given us so much of themselves to make the movies we love. 💓. Thank you 💓.
I admire Ben. As someone who hates workouta like him, I can not imagine how much will power it takes to work into that shape.
I'd like to see the reactions of the kids who bullied Henry, the SUPERMAN

very well editied. amazing job man.
thank you
Who did a better job Affleck or Cavill? By the way I will finish the Christian Bale transformation soon so make sure to subscribe and turn the notifications on so you wont miss it!
I think Cavill definitely had a more positive approach about it, he got very big, for Affleck it sounded more like a chore, he did end up looking more ripped though.
Both of them did a great job, but Cavill managed to physically become Superman.
Gil Scharf ben affleck became batman
Gil Scharf Affleck is the goddamn Bat.
Cavill 100%, Im a competitive bodybuilder and can tel you Cavill is far superior genetically to affleck, pardon the pun :-)
I have to say.. great video to get motivated 🔥
Interesting fact: one of my teachers used to teach Henry Cavill in a different school
Cool!
Woah😳

@@kingaditya-pubgmandmore3644 to be honest its not that rare
Affleck is the perfect Batman AND Bruce Wayne. I like the dark dark version too.
nice reply humble and straight forward

That's why he doesn't laugh.
That's not Ben Affleck😂😂
*like a fucking nerdy clown, money cant change the idiotic laught look*
*IS SAD THAT WE WILL NEVER SEE THIS 2 AS SUPERHEROEA AGAIN*
Now you have to reconsider that 🤘🤘🤘
@@adarsh4664 cavill coming back?
@@kelvinzayas6281 yes he's back as superman for 2-3 movies but only for cameo scenes and if those movies are success then there's a rumour that studio is thinking about a Man of steel 2 and affleck is also back as batman for The flash movie.
The DCEU is still continuing
I wanna go back to the gym after seeing this!!

He's the Best Batman we've ever had
That is subjective
Cavill is a real hero !
@Ballsdeep Singh kinda yes, dipshit
@@qalbi-s_Ahnfy2095 Let's not forget he had perfect circumstances. A world class personal coach, probably a private chef to make him healthy high protein meals and snacks and enough time for workout. Plus a huge motivation spending goal because he'd be on screen and maybe some juice. Of course it still is a very nice achievement, but calling it heroic is a little over the top.
@@Todestuete no it isn't, look at Macaulay Culkin, the kid from home alone, and you'll get your answer
@@Todestuete he turned his life around amazingly. Heroism in my book.
@@qalbi-s_Ahnfy2095 Yes, the harder part was probably to put himself in a position to get casted for Superman. After that, getting some lean muscle is hard work, but with near-perfect circumstances no real problem.
The background music makes it funny lol, like mario or Zelda, Superman on an adventure ,lol
The bar scene in MoS where that drunk dude tried to pick a fight with Clark and pushed him, was freaking awesome. He pushed himself back trying to push Clark. Freaking solid as a rock.
Who is here after watching the witcher on netflix ?
🙌
Lol me
me😁😁😁
I knew him before witcher🤣
You didn’t know henry cavill before witcher?
even superman's hairy chest is immune to damage 2:00 WHAT A MAN xD
Although Ben Afflack wasn’t super shredded or bulky he had a really good body for a superhero role. Honestly he had an achievable body but it is a body type that does require time and effort but very realistic without having to have good genetics or been hitting the gym for years to have the muscles fully mature.
He seemed more on the bulky side than the shredded side
Oh Henry! And I'm not talking about the candy bar. What a beautiful specimen. I know I've said it 1000 times but good Lord. How perfect can one man be????
0:28 that image of him as a child. Even before the muscles he looked pretty handsome
inspiring
To be honest, I hated working out when I first started as well. I can relate to Ben but later on I started to see the results and was happy with them. Now I plan on getting as big as I can with weightlifting.
Henry cavill 😍😍😍😍
Ben Affleck is Bruce Wayne and Batman
Everyone who is trying to bring a change in their life must use this as motivation!
Good for you. God bless you!!
I love how the guy who made this video has put the piano depressing music to cavil being asked how he felt being overweight as a kid. And Good ol henry just says "It didnt effect it me in a bad way, I should have eaten less and exercised more" Cavil is a legend lol. An the guy that made the video needs to figure out the tone of the video and get it right lol
They made fun of him yet look who's here playing superman...
Very good video :)
Thank you!
Both are legends 💖💖💖miss them both
Henry's transformation is really amazing.❤❤
The soundtrack for this movie was incredible Hans Zimmer is a legend.
6:33 Cavill's reaction is like "I'm not amused" lol
Man it would be great to get to workout for a role like that, especially when you already love working out
as a gym rat a guy who trains for strengtj i dont get it how ppl dont like to train. the benefits out way the hardship
it all depends on what people want. a lot of people just don't care much for exercise. most of those people simply don't know how important and beneficial exercise can be. a lot of those people might not care even if they knew, or couldn't get motivated enough.
a lot of people simply don't want to be body builders. perhaps they still exercise daily and play sports regularly, but they just don't want to lift. then there are people who want to be body builders to do it professionally or to just look the part.
i personally like exercising and getting stronger, but i don't want to be a body builder or look like one.
It depends, affleck was a married 40 year old alcoholic, so his need wasnt as big as for other people
Jhon smith Agreed. I can't remember what life was like before training.
Dude I love training it’s like a competition against myself I love it
Varies from people to people. I personally hate exercising and absolutely loath gyms. But I do run and jump rope and do calisthenics so that I can keep eating the food I love without looking like a fat lump.
6:47 LMAO Share a laugh with me
It's very nice to see Kevin Love going back to shape.
The kid they call fat is now a man of steel
Henry and Affleck has inspired me, once this pandemic is over I’m making the gym my second hom
Good luck
did u do it? btw maybe just make ur main home ur gym? what about that :D
Main motivation is a director like that who is there always...Zack Snyder 🔥
But they both worked hard...Cavill have great body and Affleck wow...Best Supes n Batman ever had ♥️
@Bio Scharf Owow. Nice video!
i really like the body he had in the immortal, not as big as in man of steel but more on the slim side. that did convey way more this young greec hero story.
Ben Affleck♥️♥️🔥
From being bullied for being a chubby kid, to becoming Superman...good for him
That effort these Artists man...
Thanks
MY FEVRIT SUPER MEN I LOVE HIM
I love Henry more and more every day
Affleck's Batman was more close to comic accurate cuz Batman is huge, he's a big guy!
And agile too.
Que maravilha esses dois!!!!
Best superman actor ever ! Love his looks and body ,perfectly bestowed upon him to be superman! Also my fav comic character is Batman but all movie actors till now are slow and sluggish, hope someday i will admire an actor performing batman role like i do for HENRY CAVILL
I am waiting for Robert Pattinson.
Henry Cavill's physique in Man Of Steel is my complete end goal, not too lean, just looks rugged and powerful with good muscle mass
You can tell who really put in work
Henry: “alright what do you want me to work out tod-“
Director: *SHOULDERS*
Henry. Melhor ator do mundo ❣👊💪💪
Ben got really fit, man. He definitely looked better than some people gave him credit for. If I'm not mistaken, he looked his best in late 2014 - early 2015, search some pictures, you'd be surprised! #fearthebatfleck
Ben i liked your effort in Batman vs superman. specially pull ups :)
6:34 The picture on the left is actually after he shot BvS.
I always liked superman but the more I try to look at it from a realistic view batman worked harder to be batman and I admire his hard work more then any other hero

Hey Henry is ripped now. People who bullied him.
I want Cavills trainer.
Perfect batman and perfect superman
That's my issue. I want to get in good shape but I always quit after a few weeks. No drive to keep going.
Then push trough once you are at that point. Think about the weeks you already invested and where you want to go. Maybe try different workout programs until you find something you really enjoy.
For me I hated doing it at first but then i just pushed through and it became habit. You just have to make it a part of your schedule.
