I had the same body structure and size as him in his prior pics.
After working out, weight lifting and doing calisthenics along with going to the boxing gym, within 9 to ten .months as well as proper eating and diet; I too, looked like his recent pics. and I just love doing the workouts.
As black men, it doesn't take long to add body mass naturally.
I felt off a couple of decades ago from a knee injury PLAYING football and lost all of my scholarships as a RB.
Less than a year and a half ago, I decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and get back in the game, although it's kinda pass OVERDUE for me now because of age, although I still feel as though I'm in my early twenties, my body is still on fleek and I'm still H A N D S O M E!!

I'm Scandinavian so I pack on Muscle easily but have a much harder time to lose fat without also losing muscle mass. My last cut was a disaster and I lost several kilos of muscle mass, especially around my legs. So now I'm back on the bulk to try and build it all up again :/
@@el_gabronwhat's more important than any workout routine is that you eat properly. Pay close attention to protein macros and your caloric surplus and you'll gain muscle mass

His "transformation" started years ago to film Creed. He was far more ripped for that film and better conditioned. Jordan’s trainer, Corey Calliet, needed to build both the actor’s muscles and his work capacity so that he not only looked like a boxer of championship lineage but moved like one, too. His trainer said the training was pulled from the fundamentals of athletic conditioning, as well as from bodybuilding. The sessions combine cardio and circuit training to melt fat off the abs while tightening them, and each muscle group is trained with volume for a maximum pump. The result is a look that would have made the late, elder Creed proud.
