  • My heaviest weight was 103kg. When I started taking pictures after a month I weight exactly 100kg. The following year I started working out and reading up on diet and got down to 78kg. At that weight I looked extremely skinny due to my hight of 193cm but It was impossible to gain much muscle since my hormones and everything where so messed up. Once that was finally got in check I dedicated a few months and worked out as much as possible and ate whatever I wanted. I basically did a dirty bulk and ended up at 105kg but looking and feeling much better. From there I kept working on it and ended up weighing 95kg in those last pictures. If I eat whatever I want within reason I stay at around 93kg. The goal now is to slowly get stronger and lean out more. Stay tuned for future videos.

      watch some david goggins. honestly changed my life. there is literally nothing stopping you from overcoming the pain of workout out but you. you control your body, even if your mind is telling you no no no, ignore it and make sure you get the workout you need. obviously rest days are super crucial but theres always a little more that we all leaave in the tank. i had been biking recreationally or for minor transport reasons for a few years but nothing serious. i am in ok shape. today, my 3rd biking trip. i biked 40 miles at 12 mph pace. it was 100 degrees and 15mph winds. this isnt me trying to brag, this is a pretty tame day for some bikers. but the fact of the matter is just my first time trying i hit 17 miles. my second 33. the trick was I take one very long path. I force myself down that path until I can barely pedal for more than a mile or a half mile at a time without stopping my pedaling motion. Then i take a break eat hydrate, and im back home. that way the entire way back is a grind. it sucks but im sitting here afterwords with pure elation and i literally lost 8 lbs on that ride. a lot is water, but plenty was worth losing. Just stick to your guns

      @@rukna3775 I finished my weight loss journey at the end of last year and started to focus on building lean muscle and working on my muscle definition. I'm 84-85 kg currently. Although I'm trying to reach 80 kg until summer to become a bit leaner because not so long ago I started to see some abs definition and they are already strong enough from the excessive workouts that I did so it seems that a few more kgs of fat is still in their way so I'll try to make it visible but I'm already satisfied with the results so I'm not in rush with those last few kgs :D
      It was literally the best decision of my life so far.

I was almost giving up, I even thought about skipping today for no reason, but your transformation just inspired me beyond anything. Thank you so much. Its easier to maintain then to rebuild the whole thing..Gets harder in your mid 30s & you're tired AF & the T levels start dropping off..But I stuck the course & I'm back to my former self!! No one can buy a better body..Plain & simple you have to take it for yourself..Very rewarding feeling!!

      Appreciate it a lot! I still have the video flies but I’m not sure where to put them. The copyright thing is annoying and even though they are fair use and I have a chance to win I don’t think I want to fight those giant corporations in court. Sad that the people who took them down didn’t see the huge positivity they brought to the viewers. Maybe I will find a way.

    • @cam4994
      @cam4994 Před 4 lety

      @@gilscharf They were great for getting in celebrity-looking fitness habits!! I'm so annoyed they made you pull them down since people referred to them often and it was my #1 recommendation for people trying to look good for summer/swimsuits and for dating.
      ... Actually, I've been thinking about this occasionally since our chat earlier this year when I asked why they were gone. Looked around to see what can be done about it, since I miss that content. There are a few options that could work well, separately or together:
      1) Instagram channel under Gif Scharf with short clips that start with very brief commentary (aka your own content) about what the viewer is going to see and hear in the clip, and why it's important.
      2) Linking to your TikTok/VSCO/Facebook/Vimeo/Dailymotion profile page (set up as "public figure" not as personal) as well where you could upload content, including those long ones, to be viewed. But be specific about which you put where. Long ones wouldn't work well on ig for example, but could on fb/vimeo/daily.
      **Multi-platform is more of a pain to juggle, true, but there's a bright side! We progress-obsessed "building my empire" types are the digital natives who grew up with these platforms, so are totally used to crossing back and forth across them pretty seamlessly. Having multiple platforms and profiles with related but not identical content is great! Most of us love that stuff. Myself, my babe, our fitness friends, the climbers/runners/bodybuilders/hikers in my immediate community here by the Rocky Mountains, and don't forget the self-help junkies of course because that's a big overlapping community of people who could use your content as well. (Reply to our emails if you want any help or a collaboration, I finally have spare time between my grad school courses.)

    Just read the full story on your description. Sad to read about your experience with the austrian doctors but good to see your transformation and how you've taken control of your life. Out of curiosity, do you know what your testosterone levels are now? Keep on rockin bro! 🤘

      No I haven’t gotten my recent blood test back yet so I don’t know exactly but with every 10 weeks like I explained in the story it stays in range. Would probably still be more optimal to get it even more frequent for example same dosage but split into every 2 weeks but I can’t really complain everything is going good. Thanks a lot!
