Your videos are great!
Thank you for that nice comment. I def get my exercise on these vlog tour videos. 😂
Awesome video! I never heard Chosewood Park until i watched this video. I'm learning a lot about the city of Atlanta from watching your videos
Well great! That is my goal that I can be of help. Where are you watching from? Weren't you the one that asked about a Brookwood Hills video? I just filmed it...should be posted in about a month. :)
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta I'm watching from South Carolina. I had asked about a video of the Peachtree Park neighborhood in the Buckhead section of Atlanta but I would love to see that Brookwood Hills video though.
@@ktm1984 ohhh, that is right. Well, I filmed a peachtree park video last week so that one is coming soon too!
@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta Okay cool. Can't wait to see it!
Amazing update video on the Chosewood Park area! I decided to move over here with your help of course because of your previous video just like this one! Best choice ever!!! 🎉🙌🏾
hey hey! Yeah, I'm so glad you are getting in now! That area is going to look so different in a few years.
Chosewood Park will radically change and transform. There’s 6500 units approved or under construction, half of McDonough Blvd along the Sawtell will have apartments & townhomes. This development will greatly effect Lakewood Heights as well.
I thought of you as I filmed this video. :)
Thanks for your video. I drove by this area and really liked it. Do you think the Skylar property is a good investment for mid 500k?
Hi! It is becoming very hard to find a townhome under $500K and if you plan to hold onto it for several years, I think it could be! (Disclaimer- I have no real way to predict the future so I am not making any firm claims…it’s all speculative)
".....before prices took off". We still have our 1.4 acre family home in Morningside my parents bought for $19,000. The last of the ranch style homes on giant properties, developers starting harrasing my parents twenty years ago..
That is amazing!
