For people doing research. This is incorrect. These are NOT the most Affordable Suburbs in Atlanta. these places are great but they are not the cheapest at all. Keep looking.
Which areas would have made your list?
They’re building homes all over in Kennesaw..56 new build homes starting prices at 600k near me..small townhomes starting at 400-500k and majority are all sold out already (It’s overcrowded and congested) wish they would stop building

Thank you so much.. my wife and I are relocating back to Atlanta in March… originally from Miami we were living in Stockbridge before and we didn’t like the school district… I am really looking for powder springs, Dallas, Lawrenceville.. are concerns are schools and family oriented areas
Welcome back (early)! I grew up in a little town called Conyers, which was right beside Stockbridge. Have you heard of it? The areas that you are focusing on are really wonderful. I was just in Dallas today! What’s bringing you back from Miami?
Dallas is nice. Traffic into the city can be rough. But otherwise really nice.

I am certain that the east side is an inside secret realtors keep to themselves. Prices are starting to creep due to investors.
