  • Are you longing for Atlanta planned communities but fear that you have to move out to the suburbs to get exactly that? Wrong! Atlanta has several planned communities scattered across the city! In this 2 part series, Molly shows you a handful of planned communities where you can find newer(ish) single-family homes that have garages and good square footage. This video will cover Atlanta planned communities that are in the Eastern section of the city (Glenwood Park, Chosewood Park, East Atlanta, Lake Claire, and North Decatur). Make sure to check out Part 2!

What community are you speaking of in Glenwood park (with the community pool and $175 HOA fees)?

I'm just talking about the homes in Glenwood Park - they don't have a specific name other that they are in "Glenwood Park." The community pool is a separate membership separate from the HOA though.

Love your videos - Im from NYC - not sure what I like better - Midtown or Buckhead.. or maybe Decatur? Retirement option

Hmm...all are great for different reasons. Midtown is more city/active lifestyle, Buckhead is a little more space and luxury, and Decatur is a simple, calmer/small town feel. Happy to chat sometime if you are looking to make a move here. :)
