- Sweet and Sour Pork is a dish we often prepare at home. Just when I thought I have perfected the recipe, I found out that there is an ingredient that was traditionally used but seldom used today.

Dr Leslie. Last week i did the char siu from your recipe for the second time . This time instead of putting water on the tray and bake it , i steam the marinade pork first and then i roast them. It turn out nice too.

U can mix corn starch mix 1/3 ratio of windmill brand potato(mix) flour for crispy skin. Coat it after ur tempura batter.
