Hopefully I get mine figured out and up and running this next heating season 💪💪 that's wild how little wood you've actually burned.. I watched this last week but forgot to comment, so here's my engagement homie 💥
Thanks for the support brother! We’ve had a really mild start to the winter, at this pace I’ll have plenty left over to burn next year!
Glad the boiler is working out for you!! Hoping it serves you well for years!!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Thanks Dave!
Hey Tony, thanks for letting us know. So far you're doing great, I would imagine things will pick up when the temperature drops and the wind blows. But you'll be toasty warm regardless.
Kenny
Thanks Kenny! The weather definitely plays a big part, I’m ready for some colder temps the mud is slowing me down a bit. Cheers my friend!
Looks like the new wood shed is working out great.
Yeah I’m so glad I was able to get it built this year! Not messing with a tarp and wet firewood is great.
Thank you for sharing the video.Found it interesting.asI have in the past enjoyed a boiler.
Thank you for watching!
Great looking wood boiler thanks for sharing
Thank you!
Glad it’s working out for you
Thanks Larry!
I don’t think you burned that much but then again we haven’t had a bad winter here in NY. Have a great day buddy
We’ve had a pretty mild start to the winter for sure. I wouldn’t mind a little colder temps and a bit of snow for deer season though.
@@TCsOutdoors1 same here. I like to hang the meat for about a week and a half
My generic answer " well this is iowa, so I burn a shit load more than anybody from Florida"
lol 😂 that’s perfect! I might have to barrow that from time to time
I burn about 10 chords a a year in mine. But will virtually not shut off when it gets cold. Heating s 40*80 shop along with house. Burn 100% off cuts from making firewood. Take care.
Last year I burned around 5, I’m only heating my house. Hopefully I’ll be able to build a shop in the future.
I burn adout 11/2 to 2 cord per month depending on weather . I have mostly Cherry and maple with about 25% red oak. I have a Central Boiler Classic CL 5036 non gasification unit installed in 2008. I live in Western Mi. Your consumption to me seems low ,what State are you in ?...I like the video so I subscribed...see you again !

Hey Patric thanks for the sub I appreciate it! I’m in western NY, near Rochester along the Lake Ontario shore. We have had a really mild winter this year, we just got our first week of below freezing temperatures. Last year I think I burned around 4 full cords from mid October through April. Thanks again for the support, take care-Tony
👍👍
Thanks Bill!
Hey Tony 👍
Hello Len!
How's lake TCs, skiable? Best part of 3 days of rain 😢😢😢. Be awhile b4 I can do more corn. Any idea how much we got? Put my gauge away month ago.
😂 not a lake yet, large puddle for sure. I’m not sure how much we got but it’s definitely enough for a while, it’s a muddy mess out there. You still have a lot of corn standing?
@@TCsOutdoors1 by time I pick the last 2 loads of ears I'll have somewhere between 30-35 to combine. Good bunch of it's right here at home on gravel but the rented ground can get good and wet.
Nice work.
Thanks Robert!
The real question is how much less would you burn if you had an indoor set up?
Hey there thanks for stopping in! It’s not really that easy of a question as my house is slab on grade and I heat with radiant floors. The boiler also heats my domestic hot water during the burning season. I’m not very familiar with the indoor wood boiler efficiency? I know they make them and they need to be tended to similarly to a wood stove, needing to be filled 4-6 times a day. My current setup only requires me to load wood every 12 hours at the most.
@@TCsOutdoors1 yeah our e classic is twice a day on super cold days and heats our hot water too. I'm thinking im going to go with solar hot water and a rocket mass heater when it finally kicks the can. We only use about 11 cords a year but with an indoor mass heater it'd be easily 1/4 of that. Just less work and aspirin as we get older, more time for other fun 😊
Hey Tony , I don’t know much about the boilers but that sounds like not much wood for 6 weeks . Glad the boiler is working so well for you . 👍🏻🇺🇸🔥🪵
Thanks Del! I’m happy with the amount of wood I’ve gone through so far.
Everything seems to be working out perfectly……you seem Happier loading the boiler, this year 😂 🔥🪵👍👏🇺🇸 Rick
Yes sir I am much happier! It’s nice having dry firewood, the woodshed was a great investment. Talk to you later Rick!
