hii , are the shimano rd 6700 tension spring and bolt same as rd 6800??
ATBOY, I would like your opinion please. My derailleur shifts great but doesn't put tension on the chain no more. It seems the spring near the B tension screw broke or got loose. I tried to adjust the screw but had no success.
Is there anything I can do to solve it or shall I assume it's dead?

Have you tried opening the b pivot to see if the spring has somehow slipped? (As shown in video). Thats the best solution if you think the spring is no longer engaged. That top b pivot part will rotate with no resistance.
9:18 Mike Had the same problem. Could not fix satisfactorily. Ended up buying a new derailleur from Mantel. Original was new in 2017. Nightmare reassembling. Wish I found this video first and used the Allen key trick

Which ones did I miss? Relooking quickly, seems everythng was removed
