I always look for him when he does drone footage but I’ve only seen him once
He also sometimes stays in the car while flying the drone
One of the Extra rooms can go towards a studio, another as a pure editing room, and finally the downstairs office can be used as a planner room for new video's/targets/project goals. You know something to keep you focused and continuously chasing an ideal, similar to Jay Leno and his passion for cars, maybe you could make your own garage/museum of cars around a theme of your choice.

What should you do with the space? Merch! You can use the rooms for warehousing, shipping and receiving. A full merch operation of a youtuber with a couple million subscribers would just need to hire a warehouse manager and a part time packer and you could increase your income flow 10x. My suggestion would be to do some cut and sew items instead of just screen printed t shirt.
