A few recipes from the video:
Overnight Oats:
2 tbsp chia seeds
3 tbsp oats
1/2 cup soy milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric + some pepper to activate the turmeric
Apple Pancakes:
For the batter:
1 cup oat flour
1 cup soy milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 banana
Chocolate Blended Oatmeal:
1/2 cup oat flour
3/4 cup soy milk
1 pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 mashed banana
1 scoop protein powder
Strawberry Milk x Matcha:
1 banana
5-7 pieces of strawberries (I used frozen)
1 cup plant milk (use oat if you want sweeter)
1 tbsp optional agave/maple syrup
Blend all of these together in a blender.
Mash 2 strawberries at the bottom of a tall glass, pour in the strawberry milk and a shot of matcha, mix well & enjoy.
For the banana milk: blend together 1 cup of plant milk (use oat if you want it sweeter), pour into a glass and add a shot of matcha. It is heavenly.
Choc & Banana Nice Cream
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup soy milk

I actually gave up my love for eggs and salmon for years. I just had A/ fib so I need to eat healthier plus I want to get lean! I do yoga with weight lifting everyday

The white dots on your nails show that you have calcium deficiency. Please consult a registered dietician, and ask for help. Being vegan if done right, should not cause any health problems. Therefore I truly recommend guidence from a professional, but here are a few tips that may be helpful
1. switch to a calcium fortified plant milk (+plant yoghurt). This way anytime your add milk to your food/drink, you know you get in extra calcium.
2. make sure you take D vitamin supplement, especially until the summer if you are not exposed to sunlight. Many times d vitamin deficiency is behind calcium malabsorption.
3. You can also take a calcium supplement, but make sure that you don't drink any coffee or tea before and after for a whole hour.
4. Finally eat lots of plants rich in calcium. A few examples: chia seeds (soaked), sesame seeds, poppy seeds, green leafy veggies like kale, broccoli; sprouts, tofu, apricots

OMG! I thought I was the only one that drinks banana milk with matcha! Heck, I didn't know anyone else in the world drank banana milk, nobody I have ever talked to has ever heard of it, but I grew up drinking it and so did my kids.
I used to make this banana Matcha peanut butter Smoothie which was the best. So I tried just adding banana milk to the Matcha and it was magical haha

@@justcallmeflora it literaly changed my life (I'm not exaggerating). I barely use the oven anymore to be honest. Everything is done so much faster (twice as fast I would say) and it is so easy to use, also so easy to clean. Best thing ever. First I had broke, so bought new, this time I took much bigger (about 6 liters) and cube shaped not round because it can fit more things that way.
That was so inspiring

I am not a vegan. But I consume more vegetables.
I dont like to consume much meat stuff / livestocks coz animals like human also want to live, feel the pain, wants to be loved and cared. In shorr animals do have feelings.

thank you so much for watching! Here is the pasta recipe
INGREDIENTS
2 portions of spagetthi, cooked in salty water & drained
1 large handful of parsley, chopped
few leaves fresh basil, chopped
1 large onion,finely chopped
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
300 g cherry tomatoes, chopped
big handful baby spinach leaves, chopped
2 tsp italian herbs mix (or 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp basil)
3 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
pinch of chilli flakes (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
the sauce: either 250ml vegan cooking cream plus extra plant milk to make it creamier (I added around an extra 50-100ml, depends on your consistency)
OR 1 can of coconut milk, canned (400ml)
Saute the onions & garlic, add the spices, salt & pepper. After a minute add the tomatoes, cook for 3-4 minutes on medium-high heat. Add the parsley, cooking cream/coconut milk, nutritional yeast & extra plant milk if needed (if it's too tick). After another 2 minutes of simmer, add the spinach leaves, simmer for another 2 minutes until everything is cooked through. Then stir in the pasta and enjoy!

Hey 😊 I just always collect a bunch of ideas from Pinterest the week before so it's easier to have an idea what to cook for the week. But I'm going for the yumminess factor and what I'm craving on that day. So not planning like macros/micros etc

@@honeyjam9593 I think it's good to have a set of ideas on Sunday for example, so you kind of know what to buy for the week and then being flexible about when to actually eat those foods. At least this works for me so well. Listening to your body is always more important than what you planned, always go for that, you can never go wrong ❤️❤️
