    Everyone had good credit score until later in life, people’s financial mistakes and college school loans ditching people’s credit score, mistakes of applying for credit cards and carrying balances month-to-month, only making minimum payments, missing payments, neglecting to review your billing statement, not knowing your APR or applicable fees, taking out cash advance etc and not even talking about the United States crazy medical bills that's putting people's credit in the trough.

    Credit scores are just a form of federal control, so if you want to continue living a good life? it’s important to have a high score. My house and vehicles are paid off, I have one Visa card for all purchases, which gives me air miles, and I pay it off monthly, but my score bounces between 800 and 820 without changing any of my patterns, so it’s manipulated for some reason. *850financial assessment* made it stay at that range and getting it up

    A tradeline means that you are a authorized user of someone else's credit card. You don't have to have possession of the card, but their credit history will reflect on your credit report...a parent or family member with EXCELLENT credit can be a "tradeline" I graduated college with 97,000 in debt"...that right there is a Huge problem..schools have become a business that drain students of money and yet, no one is stepping in to help the students who then graduate with massive debt and have difficulty paying it off...Having that much debt can be overwhelming for ANYONE...Especially a young 20 something who hasn't even began their career. But i really thank you for this video because i found Andy and within few week they fixed my Credit score which is hindrance by student loan and added a large tradeline thanks a lot Realsourceinvestment🟡Org

      Quick question Shawn , YOUR not suppose to cancel a credit card are u , because that wud hurt ur score, Unless u meant closing it which does differ from canceling? So ur saying close don't cancel. Yea the authorized signer is the best way they don't loose out on credit card but once u shoot up ur credit shud u cancel from being a authorized signer? I get the point is to build that credit from the authorized user and too use it or create something from that credit, but do u ever cancel once ur score is up?

      Quick question if your score is elevated due to becoming a signer on someone with excellent credits accounts wont the opposite become true to their score. Meaning it will decrease by taking you on as a signer due to your bad credit. Should make you have second thoughts about letting just anyone become signer is it worth damaging your credit to help theirs. And if this is not the case why not?

    I filled bankruptcy, which destroyed my credit. I wen from a score of 770 to 620. My first credit card right after bankruptcy was Capital One Visa with a line of $500. I then got a Capital One Master Card with a line of $350. Two years later and a several credit line increases on both, the Visa has a line of $7000 and the Master Card has a line of $5000. My score has gone from 620 to 730. Not as good as before bankruptcy but it's on it's way. I basically charged my monthly bills, such as, electricity, cable and internet to the cards and since I paid them off each month, I wasn't charged interest. But, I created a steady and healthy credit history with each card which allowed me to request more and more credit on each over the years.

    Credit one is an ATROCIOUS option! Capital one is a much much MUUUUUUCH better card. Their secured cards and platinum cards are really easy to get. They don’t charge annual fees and they have something called “credit steps”. When you make your first 5 payments on time, you automatically get a raise for your credit limit, (Usually from a $300 limit raised to 500 or $700). I love capital one. I got approved with a 487 credit score. And you can use their “prequalify” tool on their website. I would never under ANY circumstances eat a credit one card.

It's been 3 weeks and the judgement and bankruptcy have been removed from all 3 reports. They were also successful in getting all other negatives removed from my Transunion and Experian. I now only have 4 left on Equifax but they're old and paid in full so they really aren't affecting my score anyway. If you aren't getting approved for cards like Discover IT (they also have a secured version), CapOne Quicksilver, or Citi Double-Cash, then there's probably something wrong with your credit that needs fixing/repair. Just start with a secured card from Capital One or similar well-known-brand. Research the reviews from Credit One customers. I've never seen so many bad reviews, and it's clearly a company that is tricking people into thinking they are Capital One. I can't believe Cap One hasn't sued the crap out of them. Similar name, near identical logo. FFS they have to be the WORST card out there, especially for people just getting into the game. Hell, even go with Indigo or Fingerhut over Credit One.

    Meanwhile I literally bought my house because the apartment I was living in started at $700 a month. A year goes by and the landlord sends me notice of rent being raised to $800 a month. I did this for another year. I was a star tenant, never broke anything or asked for anything. Another year goes by and again the landlord sent notice of rent raising to $900 a month. I obliged and continue renting. 3rd year I get another notice from the Landlord. The rent went to $1000/ Mo... I was starting to get concerned at this point, but I felt I had no other choice. I lived there another year. 4th year and I get yet another notice. The landlord was raising the rent to $1,100 a month. At this point I was getting frustrated. 4 years and no upgrades to my apartment and they wanted more and more money. I made it one more year. I don't consider renting passive income unless you have professional property management. Most people who rent don't count their time and effort needed just to make a tiny return on their massive investment. For example, you invest $599,000 to buy a second home and rent it out for $3000 a month. Let assume you are cash flow positive on the property and you make $1000 a month or $12,000 a year. What would your annualized return be? 2 percent on the entire amount. Now, you can argue that your return is much higher since you only put down $120,000 on the property. However, you are on the hook for the full $600k regardless of what the future FMV of the house is. Furthermore, people assume that their home will always appreciate in value however, this is a false assumption you can make. In the best case, you will gain some capital appreciation thanks to the central bank increasing the money supply, however, if inflation heats up, you can see your property actually start to lose money in real terms. This is because there is an inverse relationship between housing and nominal interest rates. The central bank will attempt to slow down inflation with higher interest rates and curb lending. We haven't seen inflation in a big way but we can see all the massive stimulus money that the government is pumping turn into inflation while taxes will be hiked to pay for all the COVID spending, your best choice is to look into crpto and ANDYHACKSLLC , Its the video.

    It's an Authorized User.... Not a signer. Ask them to add you as an AUTHORIZED USER. And it really does work!

      Deena Bee you could be added as a signer on some cards and they help much better than authorized user

      Ok, so becoming a signer boosts your credit; does it possibly negatively affect the authorized user?

    • @kionyaf7408
      @kionyaf7408 Před 4 lety +1

      Chase Ezell it will only affect the user if the person that has been authorized is given the card ,does not pay it so it’s best not to give the person a card just add them on

    If you don't succeed...DO NOT TRY again. They'll add hard inquiries. Discover will allow a prequalify first which is a soft inquiry.

    Great choice on including the secured discover card! Just one tip; you get the refundable deposit back from the Discover it secured card after about 6-8 months of having it. You don't have to close it to get it back. 😁😁😁😁
