VERY well done ! I say this with 40+ years in mortgage finance & banking working with credit bureaus. Different models and parameters are used by different industries but this name below info is pretty much universal. If you're trying to max your credit scores, there is a happy medium between too many credit cards and none. Too many cards with zero balnce may actually hurt you in some cases. Even if you do not use them, you have a potential. To always pay cash & still have cards doesn't help your scores as well

Credit Patch-Up LLC are the myth behind credit repair, they removed several negative items from my report in just 15 days, raised my score in a discreet manner and also added aged tradelines. All these cards seem like a better way to create debt. If you're not in financial trouble, you don't need these rip off cards. If you are in financial trouble these cards will make it worse. Try putting money in savings every week, if you miss a payment to yourself you will know that additional credit cards will make your situation. Stop the spending.

Typically collections fall off after 5 years. but everytime you answer the phone and confirm that its you who answers it that time resets. So when you answer when they say is this so and so. Say who speaking? they will ask again because you are on a recorded line. is this so and so? say WHOS SPEAKING ? or say no you have the wrong number and hang up. As long as they dont have your confirmation recorded that its actually you. after 2-5 years it will fall off and they will stop calling. or just change your phone number ;)
every single one of these costs you a ton of money for really not helping you. if you really want to build your credit get a secured like the discover it you'll have to put in a small deposit but it's a real credit card that you'll build credit with no monthly or annual fees. Then you'll get your deposit later but as your score goes up you can go from unsecured cards like chase freedom flex.
I did credit strong. After 1 year of paying 20 dollars a month. I paid off my debt with them and instead of them giving me my money back. They gave me $1.98 back. Total scam….

do not close trade lines keep them open but at low balances if you close them it will tank your credit score ... scores are judged on length of tradeline open and balance i used to do mortgages and it was one of my clients biggest mistakes closing accounts thinking there reducing debt but when you close it you loose credit history which reduces your score ....

Possibly if you have high balances since it will affect utilization. But if your balance are low, it really doesn’t make much a difference.

Just do research prior to applying, unfortunately some accounts may not report to credit bureaus currently. But this may change later.
