    You don't wash your turkey.

Eyvonne Macon the turkeys are packed in a brine solution, sanitized at packing ready to cook, it is very dangerous to clean the brine and spread raw turkey on kitchen surfaces you can risk the potential of salmonella growth on clean surfaces in your kitchen. I’ve fry turkey for years and no one has gotten sick, the important things to keep in mind is to use clean utensils and clean surfaces where you prepare and cook your turkey.

@@palo51679 those plants are not as clean as one would think. I have been washing my poultry in vinegar and lemon juice for years, no contamination. I clean counter and sink with BLEACH after I am finished washing and prepping my poultry

Chef Plum yes and there is also turkey giblets that you can fry for beer snacks or use it to make the turkey gravy.

I don’t have a preferred brand for turkeys, some come with gravy others don’t.

Obviously the folks complaining about not washing the turkey do not watch Food Network, Literally none of the chefs wash their meat.

Turkeys are already cleaned and packed with juices to preserve it. Also, deep frying can kill bacteria’s at the right temperature plus it is important use clean surfaces and utensils and as soon is seasoned put it i a bag right away to eliminate any exposure.

Well I cleaned mines before deep frying it and then seasoned and let it marinate for 2days ... It came out perfect... I wouldn't risk not cleaning it and getting sick. That's just me personally

I have bought Turkeys here in Canada for decades but not once have I ever seen a package of gravy included in these, I comment which ever Company Produced your Turkey, too bad that important flap of neck skin was removed. just one more thing, if you're going to make videos on cooking ,take the time to have a better quality video for detail!!
