    Props to you sir! I brine my turkeys with my mix so you get that flavor all the way to the bone then i hit that outside with my rub! Love your videos!

    The bird looks outstanding! I like the way frying locks all the juices in, and one of these days I'm going to have to invest in a fryer.
    I smoked my little 10 pounder today, and ate so much I've been waddling around like a pregnant whale ever since. LOL! It was worth it.

      milliondollarmindset40 you really shouldnt as they are plastic and will melt in the oil contaminating it

      Thanks and I used peanut oil, just don't burn the oil and you should be good on the color.

    Jalapeno Injection! Man, that's gotta be GUUUUD! Much respect for your turkey grillin' skills. About 10 or 12 years ago, I had to pick up a lot of "recalled" turkey fryers from several grocery stores after a few fires destroyed a lot of homes. I was working for a food distribution company at the time.

    2:26 oil and water dont mix together. Couldn’t have said any better sir. Same w gasoline and matches. There’s no flashpoint whatsoever. Well done nonetheless

      Le'Joyce Enterprises LLC peanut oil is the best oil to use

      Yes, i can't use it my niece is allergic to peanuts, so im using clear frying oil

      Sams's carry a 35 gallon frying oil. Works just as good as peanut oil. You can also use cottonseed oil.

      I cut the plastic out. Seems like it would melt bad flavors into the bird. Other wise nice video.
