No player is bigger than the team, the manager is in charge on the field if you don’t do what he ask of you, you’ll be let go. The manager is usually the first one to come under fire if the team doesn't do well so why not let him decide. A player wants to go, then why stop him? It's just like the great managers of the past like SAF and Wenger, if a player wants to leave then leave. If you keep hold of him too long then it's just another player on the wage bill that isn't going to play for the badge. More clubs should back their managers like this. I'm just surprised City didn't pull a Chelsea and panic signed a replacement because I think right now Walker is the only decent fullback they have, the lewis kid is too young and that gomez doesn't look like a solid player.

Pep's decision on sending out Cancelo to Bayern was a dumb move. He is a versatile player and his offensive is pretty good. Letting Cancelo go did had an impact on the full back side for City. Huge L for Pep and city.

Not all the decisions Pep makes or city makes is a wise one. Take a look at Zinchenko... It was a bad bad bad call. Why sell someone who is okay being a squad player but delivers a starter performance.
City has been messing some.of their transfers
