Ingredients:
3 LBS Baigan (Eggplant)
3 Cloves Garlic
2 Tomatoes
2 Green Chilli
2 Red Chilli
1 Medium Onion
1 Stem Celery Leaf
1 Bundle Scallions
2 TBSP Oil
1 TSP Adobo
1 TSP Accent
Salt (to taste)
