- In this video you will learn how to make chicken fried rice.
Ingredients:
8 Cups of Water (hot water)
6 Cups of Rice
3/4 Cup of Oil
4 TBSP of Sweet Soy Sauce
2 TBSP of Freshly Grated Ginger
1 TBSP of Black Pepper
1 TBSP of Accent
1 TBSP of Adobo
1 TBSP of Chinese Spice
1 TBSP of Chicken Bouillon
4 TSP of Fried Rice Seasoning
6 Large Cloves of Garlic
4 Leaves of Bandania
3 Stems of Celery Leaf
2 Bundles of Scallions
1 Can of Corn
1 Large Carrot
1 Medium Onion
1 Large Sweet Pepper
1 Spicy Thyme Leaf (optional)
For Chicken:
2 1/2 LBS of Chicken
1/4 Cup of Green Seasoning
4 TBSP of Oil (to cook your chicken)
2 TBSP of Sweet Soy Sauce
2 TBSP of Chinese Sauce
1 1/2 TBSP of Ketchup
2 TSP of Accent
1 TSP of Complete Seasoning
1 TSP of Chinese Spice
1 TSP of Chicken Bouillon
1 TSP of Adobo
1/2 TSP of Black Pepper

Looks nice. I know that we all cook differently, however, I think that the dry seasoning are just too much. Growing up in the 60s and 70, learning from those around me, we had onion, garlic, aji (we did not use), and some other basic seasoning. Then we had young bora and maybe corn and cabbage. Add a little casreep for colour. I get that we can and do add carrots and other veggies, but really it's overdoing it. Just make it simple so those of us learning can do it easily. Thank you.

What kind of rice do you used?
I used Goya Canilla Extra Long Grain White Rice
