No, it is not radio controlled. I have a lot of lawn, and it is bumpy, so I prefer to walk behind. There is a handlebar at the back that isn’t visible in the video. I have used it this summer and it works great. Maybe time to post a video of the mower in action.
Now, after almost five seasons and about 150 cycles, the batteries have about half the capacity compared to new. They are not deep cycle, nor starter batteries, but some "semi deep cycle, for caravans. Therefore i have now converted to lithium batteries. Half the size, 1/4 of the weight and more cycles. A great improvement, over all. BUT with lower weight comes less tracktion upphills, and weaker steering ability. I may have to put some weight over the steering wheel.
hay I have been looking to make one of these for industrial reasons. Do you know how many charges you get per a life with these batteries.(assuming they are deep cycle lead acid batteries) It would be really helpful if you could send me a diagram of said machine!
