Bio: Sales Motivation speaker, trainer and author Victor Antonio is proof that the American dream of success is alive and well. A poor upbringing from one of the roughest areas of Chicago didn't stop Victor from earning a B.S. Electrical Engineering, an MBA and building a 20 year career as a top sales executive and becoming CEO of a multimillion dollar high-tech company.
Prior to being CEO he was President of Global Sales and Marketing for a $420M company. He was tasked with building a global sales force, establishing contract agreements, developing financial pricing models and in charge of developing the corporate brand and marketing the company's services for worldwide acceptance.
Before that he was Vice President of International Sales in a Fortune 500 $3B corporation at the time. Within a two and half year time period he grew their business from $14M to $98M in annual revenue. During that time period his sales totals were $162M and was selected from over 500 sales managers to join the President's Advisory Council for excellence in sales and management.

I want to say. The first video has really made a lot of sense. I just started sales, been in about two months for Door to Door and make a consistent six to seven sales a week but the goal is ten and other sales reps were consistently hitting that. I have to say this right here, makes a lot of sense. I look forward to watching the entire course multiple times and I have no doubt the results will be in the pudding.

I worked a sales job years ago and made a killing. But I felt dirty after every sale. I love how you point out that everything is a sale. I heard it phrased another way in college: every statement is an argument. Or something along those lines. A statement is meant to convince another party of something.
Thank you for showing me the ability within myself to become a great salesman and help people rather than prey off them. I will use all you have to offer and hopefully make a name for myself in my new job!

I am a Software Engineer and have been tasked to do sales and marketing for our BI (Business Intelligence) product... just came across this video and the start (1st video) is just amazing... have done a lot of pre-sales demos and can relate to everything Victor is talking about.... the mindset .. the pushing ... i have seen the customers get turned off when we are pushing.... can not wait to go to the next video. Great energy and 100% on target. If you can have a conversation and find out what the customer truly values, and you have a legitimate solution, you don't need to pressure anyone. Conversation, understanding, building relationships & trust, providing real solutions. It's not rocket science, it'd tougher.

We all know that social media as a marketing and sales tool grew out of its infancy stage quite a bit ago. If you still need one final piece of proof that it has become a mainstream business channel (other than the fact that every major business uses it heavily, of course), consider that marketing industry
