    Same bro, if i dont have at least one pump in my body that guves me an strange feeling of discomfort that doesnt allows me to sleep, its actually concerning sometimes

    bro sorry for the desturb, but i love your style of training and i would like a lot to ask you a question. I recently move and i just have a dips/ pull ups station and a 40 lbs DB. I wrote this workout: deficit pike push ups 4 set + bulgarian squat. deficit push ups 3x25. L sit pull ups 3x10 (low rest). 2 set of super wide pull ups. leg raises 3 set+ biceps and triceps. x2 each week, is it decent according to you?

      Looks good, if you're pushing close to failure towards the end of each set, that could work fine.
      You'll probably want to acquire some more weight as you get stronger tho.
