GTA IV Windowed Mode || Commandline method

- Hey there guys..Its u1 here.Today I will show how to run GTA IV in windowed mode.Windowed mode is a mode where the game runs in a small window as the game in full screen requires more intensive graphics processors.This is for those who have low graphics or just using Intel's Integrated Graphics.
Note : Create a text file named "commandline" , not "commandline.txt".If you have already created a text file with that name , just add this along with others.

-windowed
The command above will bypass the restrictions.

it works but the thing is that only makes windowed we cannot minimize and maxmize the window

can you also put it in fullscreen but i can press the windows key ingame so that there is no blackscreen and i can pull up the taskbar ingame

What does it say ?
It showed as window mode but The Minimize Maximize Close button doesn’t show

Worked but i can nothing else than the character in game. Don't do this crashed my game.

Right Click on the GTA IV shortcut and within Target after the file location just add "-windowed" after a space and it should work.
