This is the only tutorial that actually works. Only problems ive had is whenever i call an ambulance the game seems to bug out and crash and when i pull someone over the menu for what i can do is there but none of the buttons work, same for when im aiming at someone i cant use the options. If anyone has had these issues and fixed them please reply! Im on a good laptop and that’s probably the issue, the game isn’t made for laptops 🤷🏼‍♂️😂

How did you install the mod? I'm asking bcz when I go to the website mentioned in the video the download files are different from the ones in the video but I chosse the one with the similar name of the video one (lspdfr legacy manual zip) and then I install the lspdfr legaci fix file too then I move all to gta 4 and the fix files substitutes 4 files. so everything like in the video but then I open the game I keep tapping alt P and it does nothing. Could you please help me

it did not work for me. i get a notification in game saying "critical error in LCPDFR Loader.loader", but apparently i have an issue with my SlimDX.dll. i have the dll installed and i still cant find any issues, you got any idea?
