Run GTA IV in Windowed-Fullscreen mode

1. Create a shortcut to Launchgtaiv.exe on the desktop.
2. Edit the target field of the shortcut and add --windowed switch. Start GTA 4 using shortcut to force windowed mode.
3. To force fullscreen mode, add --fullscreen switch and launch the game.

du kennst nicht zufällig den Text den ich in die Programm Adress Zeile der Verknüpfung der Exe eingeben muss damits dann in 1024x768 abspielt? (älteres Game was nur auf 800x600 abspielt und im 4:3 Format bleiben muss Fullscreen fällt also flach) google schaffts einfach nicht was anderes außer über Windows apps auszuspucken egal was ich eintipp. Will auch keine Freeware benutzen die mir das einstellt.

HappyHenzo did you buy it from steam? Because if you did go to program filesx86 and go to Steam/ steamapps/common/GrandTheftAutoIV/GTA IV/ and there you go :) If you didn't buy it than I don't know how to help cuz I bought it

Bit late but windowed mode will give you loads of FPS boosts and fix most on screen problems like micro stuttering and low FPS, unlike Fullscreen it will make you lose FPS and cause micro stuttering.
