Sometimes, although you can be present for a few seconds here and there, it is near impossible for any sustained presence. I have spent many months dedicating myself to leonard's advice, and nothing has changed ; as regards repressed emotions , they can prove to be elusive and stuck to find let alone release. Very very difficult. Like a lot of unfair facets of life. The more you want something ( in this case presence) the more elusive it becomes. As for being compassionate and negociating with your ego ? i wish all of you the best of luck with that.
i think the less you look for it! it comes to you! you have to do nothing! try to focus in the breathing NO THOUGHTS.

Thank you very much Leonard for sharing your experience with us. A gift. What I find a pity, however, is that most of their videos have no translation function. This is with. I and many others who don't speak and understand English would really appreciate it if the translation function was turned on. Is that possible?

If God doesn't care what you do, then why would he give you another chance, and how could you muck things up bad enough to need another chance?
We pass through the veil and forget everything.. so for those above us to give us direction, instruction, or a mission is pointless.
We have free will. We can polarize positively or negatively. If it weren't important, it didn't matter, and nobody cared, we wouldn't have rules or law. If God didn't care, there would be no commandments.
It does matter. God does care. He is real. We all have the ability to go within.. to walk the narrow path within that few find which leads to the small door, we'll you cannot experience it and not know that God exists, death is not the end, there's other dimensions and realities than this material realm we're in.
First, you have to care enough to seek.
Don't buy into deception. We are not to 'do our wilt' upon this realm and it's inhabitants... we're to overcome the desires of the flesh and seek more than we can see with our flesh eyes and touch with our flesh hands.
Seek to see with the eyes you used before you were born.
We are light beings made in the image of our creator and placed into temples of flesh. We aren't trapped in these temples.. every temple has a door.
I wouldn't recommend seeking it until you accept Yeshua, repent of wrong doing, and get baptized.
The enemy of God and man seeks to enter all flesh temples, wreak havoc, take over, or invert all flesh temples if possible.
Stepping through that door without the protection of Yeshua and his authority to cast off evil is dangerous.
What's waiting for you once you do accept and have protection is astonishing and astounding.

how can you become a master of something you have no control over ?
The Strays you become in right relations with it, through the energy of acceptance the ego will relax, once you judge the ego you become enslaved again. This is my understanding

The quote of Jesus means, that the roots of the tree or the fundament of the house.. are made out of trust in god..
if there is not trust in god, when the storm comes the tree/house.. you.. will blow away..
i see so many plp having fears.. but saying me they believe in god..
no, i say them, you are just touching the hope... when you believe in god, you will never be able to fear.
it is not possible anymore to fear something.. no storm.. not even when your lungs are not breathing..
this is the final grade how can i call it..
for me it was a long journey.. and yes it is the point where we can say.. thank you god for all the troubles in my life.. they came of wrong believing..
so life is more about correcting the belief..
then... then you came in the now..

If you have a thought like ' It's a lovely day' how is that connected to the past or future?
Good question. Thoughts are based on conceptual categories that are made up by past usage, definitions and examples. So in the example this conceptual repertoire from the past is projected onto the current situation, which is then experienced through thinking rather than immediate, independently of thought.
Please stop saying "Its so so very simple" If it was so simple, there would be thousands of people awakening every day but there isn't. Not even one. Irritating.

Andrew Murphy There are thousands of people awakening, every day!! Being present in the moment IS simple; and I agree with you, mastering the mind and ego so you can stay in the present moment can be extremely difficult and a worthy challenge.
Andrew Murphy it IS simple. WE make it complicated/hard. WE resist what is now. I'm going thru alot of old junk coming up at age 59 but i realize it's all me and the ego putting labels or my allowing myself to get caught in the story of my pains/ills which i'm discovering stem from early childhood. It's simple in theory but it is hard to do, in fact. BUT, it is our own mind/ego that makes it so freaking hard. Don't know if any of this makes sense to you, Andrew, or Anyone else. I have a hard time explaining things i know little of yet i am experiencing...or should i just say, i am....
