He may have gotten a podium but the red bull car and the alphatauri car aren’t the same and they drive very differently. Pierre should stay at alphatauri coz he feels more comfortable there.

Being released from Red Bull last year，and to see one of his best friend Anthoine Hubert gone in the summer last year，Gasly have recovered from all of that and take his chance to shine. Remarkable achievement. Anthoine would be proud of that. I am also pleased to see McLaren on the podium with Carlos. Nice to see Hamilton and Mercedes bottled it for once.

It’s wasn’t unfair. I want him as Alpha Tauri since they gave him the first podium and win. Red Bull did not. So really, it’s was a good choice.
Denoting Gasly has been the best thing for his career!! Without the constant jabber and arrogance of Horner and Märko, he can just get on with racing races. He shoots to the top of the driver market today!!

Look at albons struggles with the car. If Pierre went now his career would be ruined if he didn’t adapt to the difficult car. Now if he went at the end of this season and was involved with the team and tested the car at preseason he would be great

Any one who thought that Bottas was a wing-man only for Hamilton & Mercedes needs to quickly rethink their position.
Bottas from 2nd to 5th with (seemingly) not having the skill to make overtakes happen or efficiently capitalize on them.
Hamilton from 15th to 7th, after a 10 second stop/go penalty...a clear demonstration as to who is class, and who fully deserves to be the #1 Mercedes pilot - the one to whom the supine Bottas simply MUST be wing-man...since he is demonstrably wing-man for almost everyone else.
I don't necessarily think that he is a wingman. I think he just doesn't have the race pace to keep up with Hamilton on a regular basis
That was particularly poor from him. Still, him being slow and Lewis getting the penalty gave us a historic race

I think it really highlights the dog of a car that Redbull MIGHT be and the skill of Max - if the car isn't built around him and him alone in the firstplace.
To Albon's defense, he didn't get the same car as Max (source: formula world) but Pierre definitely picked himself up really well...

So nice to see these guys on the podium, Lance recognizing his mistakes and conceding a great win for Pierre, Carlos is a gentleman like his father, a near win, that will surely come in the future and Pierre after going trough so much, he rose to the moment and drove perfectly to win his first GP at the cathedral of motor racing in Italy, Monza. The alpha tauri team seems to be able to always squeeze the best out of their car and rescources. There are some real talent in that team.

For the first time since this new season got going I didn't turn off before the end of the race to avoid the usual nonsense, and even watched Sky's post race coverage to the end!
Props to Pierre Gasly for his maiden F1 victory, and for me demonstrating what a nice, grounded, and mature young man he is.
Special props to Lewis Hamilton:
I won't disguise that he has regularly gotten right up my nose for years, recently made much worse by my increasing annoyance at him for his utterly inappropriate hijacking of the innocent entertainment that has given him a very good living indeed for his dubiously reasoned purposes...
...but today he has been kind magnanimity itself in the face of what must have been a very disappointing day. Well done for reminding me that there seems to be a genuinely nice guy in there somewhere.

Everyone hating on Hamilton is just stupid... He made a mistake and couldn't do anything to change it he dropped down to P15 and managed to make it to P7 in not too many laps so I don't see a reason for hating a man that has won 6 championships (going to 7) and has broken incredible records 🙌🙌🙌

Personally I don’t hate Hamilton he came from nothing and deserved everything but I hate Mercedes they put so much money in the team they just ruin the sport for everybody by always winning and now that the 2 top teams are not there (Red Bull, Ferrari) and that Mercedes as done mistakes the race was so good my heart was pumping at the end with the fight between Carlos and Pierre with Hamilton rising to the top wow truly spectacular
