    Hello. Good stuff. I wonder if there is an ideal number of SKUs in one pmax campaign? Will too many SKUs limit the scalability of a campaign? For example, we have 10M SKUs. Is it better to put all under one or split into 2M each of 5 campaigns? Thank you.

    We sell in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Guam and the UK. Our PMAX campaign is doing very well (we just have 1 now) but should we create a new PMAX campaign for each of those Countries in order to scale? I hate to screw with something that is working, but I think in the long run, it might be best.

    Great stuff as always! When building out different asset groups, when should I activate them in the existing pmax campaign as I don’t want to reset the algorithm for learning

      Wondering this myself! I've got some new groups I'd like to add as weve expanded and noticed a few areas we missed off before. Already been running for a month now so didn't want to change things up so soon

      This is why they always they its really resource intensive. You keep make changes, and it keeps resetting ..
      Looks like the way for it is expanding your schedule.. like 1 month in PMax is nothing to sweat about sepcially if current campaign is profitable. So you are reinvesting what you earned to feed the campaign and find new audience.

    Hi Kasim, thanks for the content.. I've been testing Pmax with feed only vs Pmax full assets vs Pmax all asset except feed. It may sounds curious as the goal of Pmax is to use all assets to optimize both volume and ROAS but so far my campaign with feed only has way better results than the others. What is you opinion about that ?

      @@MJKHODR Yes. All my investment is going to shopping as I only provided a feed. On the other hand I recently created a 2nd Pmax campaign with all assets (Except feed) with a higher t.ROAS and brand exclusion (Through Google Account Manager). I also have a good ROAS. Both my campaign have a ROAS above 2 (which is my target). When I used to have shopping and assets together I struggled having a ROAS reaching 1,7/1,8. So now I can manage better my t.ROAS according to shopping and assets.

      I have a Pmax now with feed (all products ) and one asset group with broad search terms and market segments etc. it did really well in the first 4 days and in the last four days it has literally generated $0 sales. It’s only been running for 8 days.
      Do you think I should launch a new Pmax along side it and with no assets, no headline, no audiences no keywords and let it run?

      @@MJKHODR Well 8 days is a bit short to be sure of this set up. But having 2 asset groups in the same campaign doesnt really change anything in your case as one is shopping and the other one is assets. They are on different networks but are using the same t.ROAS. So having one or 2 asset groups is kinda the same for your situation.

    This conversation just makes me sad, it seems that even professionals are just guessing, it’s google fault not being clear on how to do this right from the start vs waisting money while learning
