  • In this video, we will explore the Quranic perspective on performing husl, a full-body ritual purification method practiced by Muslims.
However, unlike traditional Ghusl, which might incorporate the Hadith or other religious texts, we will focus solely on the Quran to give you a Quranic approach to Ghusl.
This innovative approach to Ghusl will serve as a great learning opportunity for those who prefer to follow the Quran alone, without any additional commentary or interpretation.
I hope you find this guide helpful in your journey to deepen your understanding of Islamic practices and principles.

Great video bro, keep it up. I just want to point out one thing, in Surat Al ma’idah (the Table), God doesn’t specify the order or the way, but he does say that we must wash our hands, face, feet and head before prayer. Other than that I believe you got everything spot on 😁

I understand the Quraan only narrative, even agree mostly.
But Sunnah of the prophet and Hadith have been merged, when they are actually very different.
If you look at the history of Islam, there have been many trains of thought in regards to Hadith, but the Sunnah is the living tradition of Muslims, none of the scholars argued the style of the prayer, Ablution, Charity, Ramadan, ect.
So do you find fault in the living Sunnah? Just a genuine question.
From my understanding, the quraan was preserved through the living Sunnah, so we should atleast take into consideration other aspects of the living Sunnah.
Though I do believe there are many different ways to pray( seeing as Abraham and past prophets would not have prayed how we pray)
We will be judged on our own intentions and understandings.

I agree with you mostly. But how exactly is the Quran preserves through/by the sunnah? It was preserved solely through God and his will. In my opinion, the sunnah is not necessary to be a Muslim. The Quran is more than enough.

@@macaroni3466 of course it was preserved through god, but the way it was preserved was the living tradition.
The same was god holds the universe together, but he does that through the laws of nature.
And I agree with you, if you find it to be the correct way to pray, pray how you interpret it. At the end of the day we will be judged on our knowledge and god knows what is in our hearts, there is so much falsehood in Hadith that I don't blame you for fully rejecting all Hadith.
But do you not find it strange that all scholars and schools, regardless of whether they followed hadith or not, or even before Sunni islam become reliant on Hadith as the base of its religion around the 5th century. There was never a disagreement on the method of prayers ?
Also, if you do know of scholars or sources that say otherwise, please feel free to pass on some knowledge or avenues to research.

Chpter 5. 6 is not about wudu is translated wrong
messenger had the duty to deliver the messages by reciting them to his followers in a systematic way. So people used to receive these messages via direct communication (salat) with the message/messenger at regular meetings, usually twice a day. These prophetic communication sessions required, for the sake of civility, physical cleanliness (4:43, 5:6). The Quran asked the attendants (who were men) to achieve this by washing the exposed body areas (face and hands, plus wiping the head and feet) and, when needed, by washing more thoroughly. There was NOTHING RITUAL about it. Also, if no water was available, the attendants

@Macaroni Wudu means to bring something into it's correct form not to wash yourself with water before a religious activity. Cleaning / washing yourself with water before a religious rituals is called Shanan , it's a pagan ritual , which is forbidden in Islam / Quran .

I was Quran only then I concluded that following an act of sunnah that’s backed by the Quran is better right?

In my opinion, doing so is almost like a form of idol worship, is it not? If the Quran states that it is fully detailed and perfect and all we need in order to follow God, why does the Sunnah even need to be in the discussion?
We worship god and therefore put the words he gave us on a pedestal for all Muslims to follow. So why have we put the words off man via the Hadith and Sunnah next to and even above that of the Quran?
While this is only my opinion, just like the content on this channel, I share it because I genuinely believe it to be true and simple through plain logic. But I’d always encourage you to do your own research and come to your own conclusion

don't follow people who are either ignorant or blind/arrogant, there are many verses in the Quran that tell us to follow and obey the messenger of Allah ﷺ, these people who do not want to follow the hadiths only want to follow their desires, ask them how they pray, or fast or perform hajj without the prophet ﷺ showing us the way
