Hajj, also known as pilgrimage, is something Muslims do worldwide. It involves travelling to Mecca in Saudi Arabia and visiting the Kaaba. Hajj is a mandatory requirement of all Muslims who can afford to make the trip, however should Muslims still perform hajj based on Saudis bad ethics and their increasing fees for Hajj? This it what I discuss in today's video.

It's all about money and power, it's like building mosques every corner its money making machines god doesn't say build me mosques every where from gold and silver, god is the king of hearts, god is everywhere its creator of the awesome universe it doesn't need mosques or anything else. God has left us the book of guidance the quran, worship God alone full stop nothing else matters , you can worship God wherever you are but first you have to believe from you heart that God exist if you have slight doubt in your heart don't bother.

The real meaning of pilgrimage is to feed the poor in any place...﴿وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا﴾ [الإنسان: 8]Feeding the needy and treating them kindly is one of the compelling reasons for entering Heaven with the presence of monotheism and after the mercy of the Most Merciful.

I agree with your reflection on the corrupt behaviour of the Saudi monarchy, rulers and governing elite. However, I got a sense of belittling or disrespect of prophet Mohammad (PBUH) from your talk. Muslims don't idolize him or classify his Hadith and Seerah over Qur'an. Nonetheless, they come 2nd to Quran in order of Islam references in matter of teachings, laws, practices and Muslim life. In the Qur'an, it is said by Allah, to love, obey Mohammad and to follow his teacings. Mohammad (PBUH) was chosen by Allah to deliver his book, the Qur'an and be the last prophet to mankind. One can't claim to love Allah, while disliking or disrespecting Muhammad or any other prophet for that matter. We knew Allah through Muhammad, carrying and delivering his last message to human kind. Wassalam upon those who follow his guidance.

A camel caravan traveling to Mecca for the annual pilgrimage, c. 1910.
Pre-Islamic Arabs were worshippers of other gods. The Kaaba was still the center of their worship,[5] and was filled with idols and images of angels.[6] During the annual pilgrimage season, people from home and abroad would visit the Kaaba. The Quraysh tribe was in charge of entertaining and serving the pilgrims. Shibli Nomani mentions that the pagan Arabs introduced some unholy rites during their pilgrimage. Unlike today's Hajj, they did not walk between the hills of Safa and Marwah and did not gather at Arafat. Some would maintain silence during the whole course of pilgrimage. Except for those from the Quraysh tribe, pilgrims would perform tawaf while naked. During the initial years of Muhammad's prophethood, the pilgrimage season offered Muhammad the occasion to preach Islam to the foreign people who came to Mecca for pilgrimage.

Even if you want you can't perform hajj. Nobody can go to hajj anymore! because there is no messenger anymore! the God's messenger is needed for the hajj. That's why you dont need to know "known months". 22/27 says: And proclaim the hajj to all people, they will come to YOU, rijalan/MEN who is weak (about knowledge, religion etc), through distant passes.
Yes, only MEN/rijalan were invited for hajj 1400 years ago! Hajj was a method used to spread the revelation to people who lived far away in the era of the messengers. Of course the Quran was sent to all people however go to the messenger was not practical and safe for everyone 1400 years ago.
The message was completed and protected. aqimis salat and hajj are all about the revelation.

      @2ad4ddd Před 2 lety +2

I think Rijalat in this context isn't men rather it's on foot as it was in 2:239. I can only extrapolate this as inviting all of mankind or all people on foot at the beginning of the verse would seemingly be contradicted if rijalan in this context only refers to men. Nonetheless your point about the obsolete nature of the practice still stands

Now that you, and like-minded people, didn't go for Hajj, since this video, the price of Hajj is now 4 times higher (in just 4 years). It's ridiculous BUT you refraining to go is simply making things worse for others who wants to go (who are obligated to go). It's the same obligation on you too regardless of what Saudi is doing with (part of) that money.. Remember: Allah does not put burden of sins which you didn't commit, Saudi lawmakers will be questioned about it, not you. Your duty is to perform Hajj, as instructed by Allah (swt) if you are capable.

  • @HakikatArayan
    @HakikatArayan Před 4 lety +26

Hello brother. The hajj is a sensitive subject for several reasons.
    1) The fee Saudi Arabia (along with travel agencies and hotels) charges. One needs to be rich in order to go to pilgrimage nowadays, which is an obligation for muslims. Yet Saudi Arabia cares about how much money they can extort from them, instead of looking for ways to make their travels, accomodations and nourishment better, cheaper and safer.
There's one more thing related to this: As a muslim who lives in Turkey, the U.S. (and whoever else is involved behind the curtains) has been trying to establish a terrorist state in our south eastern borders. Thousands of trucks loaded with weapons have been sent to terrorist organisation "ypg" by the u.s. And most of the expenses are covered by Saudi Arabia. They also support Isis. It's like a secret that everybody here knows. It's quite understandable when people suggest not going to hajj for a while.
    2) Hajj times are extremely compressed. The Qur'an informs us that there are 3 or more months for hajj (2:197). If you do the research, there are 4 months in which you can do it: Ramadan, Shawwal, Zul'Qada and Zul'Hijjah. However, the majority of the muslims believe that it's only performed in the first 10 days or so in the month of Zul'Hijjah. This not only causes queues where people have to wait for one or several years before they are allowed to go to pilgrimage; but it also causes stampedes.
    3) Circling the temple. It's not what the Qur'an says. The word tawaf means visiting yet people understand it as circling the Masjid Al Haram. Hajj is actually about bringing people together for a conference where they can discuss topics with their proofs, without fighting, without fearing for their security. And ihram is actually not a bathrobe-like garment to be worn but a set of restrictions to abide. A detailed explanation as to what hajj is about can be found in this video:
    czcams.com/video/Gdre7jyQOIg/video.html
(Please keep in mind that this doesn't mean I support all of this person's views on every subject)
    4) The tower/hotel looking down on the Masjic. It's unacceptable for me. How their king let something like that be built right accross the masjid is mind boggling (unless he was a traitor to muslims). It feels like the owners of that building are literally saying "I can come to your most sacred temple and build a huge tower, looking down upon it like a man about to crush an insect".
Plus, there's the crescent on top of it looking upwards. Is it really a crescent or does it symbolize ox horns? We have the same symbol on top of almost every minaret and dome of every mosque here in Turkey and I believe it's a leftover symbol from Turks' previous religion, shamanism. Our mosques, masjids and their surroundings need to be cleared of these idols.
    These are my thoughts.

Quran 14:37 states that the Sacred House is near a uncultivated/seedless valley. This does not match Petra.
Furthermore the Arabs were completely unlettered in previous scriptures which means they never heard of the message from Christians and Jews and Petra at the time of the revelation was under the Christian Empire.
Don’t be fooled by the work of Dan Gibson. I know I was initially but all of his work is derived from hadith literature.
Hajj is an obligation, God would not make it an assumption of where it would be. Makkah is where the Sacred House is.

The Hajj as per Qur'an is to invite mankind to Mecca so that the 'signs' of Allah can be shown to them. This would be to put the Qur'an into practice and show them how Islam that evolves from this works. It would be the United Nations centre, but much more, and global problems would be addressed, benefit for mankind, not a paganised personal 'salvation'.
The Hajj we have from the mulla-gods, is to stone 3 pillars, idols by any other name, run between two hills, sleep on a mountain, shave your head [Qur'an means clear your head of all preconceived thoughts so that you learn the truth etc], drink holy water that cures us of all our ills[!], and walk around the kaaba when the circumambulation the Qur'an describes is the one where our affairs revolve around the kaaba as it is the centre for the UN type central authority, not a physical walk/run.

      Sir,
I think Dan Gibson ( evangelist, liar, deceiver Christian) wrote a bogus book - Petra ( Jordan) is Mecca. Jay Smith also now propagates this lie.
Zero proof, zero evidence in the book. No archaeological findings, nothing. Just lies.
As Islam is spreading everywhere, but Christianity is collapsing, Christians are helpless, surprised and desperate, attacking Islam by any lie, deceit, fabrication.

    FROM ABU-QUASIM TO MUHAMMAD.
The Corpus of the 114 Surats informs us that there is a Tradition which claims to be an Apostolic Tradition yet rejects circumcision while the Apostles were all circumcised, didn't believe in Trinity, and had prescribed a dietary Law during the Council of Jerusalem in Acts 15:22-34 which dietary law the said Tradition rejects. Is it not ironic!
Based on those clues we can infer with certainty that:
Qur'an is a codeword for the Torah of Moses
Reminder should be the proper Title for the current corpus of those 114 Surats.
Islam meaning an Evangelical Political Party supposed to restore the pristine Apostolic Tradition of Jesus' disciples in Jerusalem and also enforce the Torah, the Law of Moses, as the Law of the land.
Muhammad as a euphemism for Messiah/Christ
Abu Quasim as an Arabian Evangelist who later became a Sovereign Ruler,
Legislator, and Founding Father...and picked Muhammad as a reign name as do the Popes when taking up the Apostles names.
"We(the Children of Israel) sent you, O Abu Quasim, as an Apostle and a Prophet so that you and your people may believe in God and His Messiah/Muhammad/Christ, help Him, praise Him, sing hymns for Him evening and morning.
Remember when Jesus Asked, 'who will assist me in the way of God? The disciples replied, 'we shall be the helpers of God; bear witness that we are Muslims.'" Surat...
Unfortunately the "Muhammad" of the Palace and the "Mohammad" of the Shahada in the Mosque got blended together in the Tradition.
If it is true that Abu Quasim signed off his formal treaties, official decrees, and other legislations as Muhammad as reported by Ibn Hisham, then this might explain how this present OPTICAL ILLUSION was perpetuated by those who were eager to capitalize on the Pilgrimage to Macca. Let's keep in mind that his Friday sermons in the Mosque were not about himself but about Christ/Messiah and His way.
It' s high time to differentiate the palace and the Mosque under the Messianic title Muhammad...!!!

You can't read it, can you? No religion is discussed in the polemical exchanges between Jesus and the Pharisees but rather the Law given to Moses and who was the Christ, and what the authority of that being referred to as Christus by the Greeks, or HaMashiock by the Hebrews, was.
Debating religion is missing the point...
Sperstitious people debate religion, rational people debate the Law...and its application among the pagans
