The crescent moon and star is an internationally symbol of Islam this symbol features on many flags of several Muslim countries. The Christians have the cross the Jews have the star of David and Muslims have the crescent moon.

Jay said "Marwah" was the Arabic for "Moriah", but I had an Arabic friend check Genesis 22:2 and 2 Chronicles 3:1 and he said the word there was "Al Moriah". What did Jay mean? Is it an ancient name for Mount Moriah?
