There is a common theme with usyk fights , he takes them into deep water , depths they haven’t been into before .
Half way through the fight Tyson's energy changed, started getting hit and hurt. Usyk is definitely a shark
@@sallgoodman2323 he forces them into a fight that is a quicker pace than they are used to .
A very good strategy if you can pull it off.....in Usyk, yes you can.....his conditioning is unmatched
All these great Russian schooled boxers are like that beterbiev and Lomachenko and Golovkin and Bivol and there is a lot coming through.they all have very strong arms unbelievable strong forearms
gives them all concussions lmao
Couldn’t agree more. Usyk is a gent. He could have inflicted serious damage on Fury but he let him off the hook. After the ninth, he had it in the bag. He knew it. it was a KO fight. The good little man ‘schooled’ the good big man. Giving away 2.5 stone, 7” reach advantage - what a performance, what a boxer - can’t give him enough plaudits. True champ.
Who is the best boxer of this decade? Canelo, Usyk Crawford or Naoya?
Lol. Usyk was a gent when Anthony Joshua threw his belts and accused Ukrainian team of being racist. He is a fighter inside a boxing ring. Usyk went for a knock out in every fight early on in his career. He tried to knock out Fury in the 9th round until Fury dropped with his back against the ropes
Tyson Fury was playing with Usyk. He had the fight won but the true champion knows not to do that. To respect all opponents. Usyk is a legend, about to be undisputed Heavyweight champion. If Dubois wins Usyk beat him already and the other guy is a joke
@michaelmcmilan7458 What a great comment, pal. I fully agree with everything you've said.
@@basicalen6122 It's ridiculous to say that Usyk let Fury off the hook. He tried to land a KO punch on Fury when Fury could barely defend himself. Usyk destroyed Tony Bellend who is smaller than him and half the size of Fury😂 There is no gent or letting someone off the hook inside a boxing ring 🤣
Usyk is a GREAT CHAMPION and a real gentleman! It is refreshing to see a Champion - sports hero who is compassionate, loves his wife, loves his children, loves his country, works hard and does not engage in useless trash talk! POWER UP CHAMP! POWER UP USYK! 🏆🏆🏆🥊🥊
Usyk said he loves the whole world and everything in it...even Fury 😂
Fury defo didn’t win round 3
Agree.
I have watched it three times without sound. 100% Usyk won that round
Fury definitely won round 13
@@maxhammer4067 😂
Then he only won 4 rounds, because he didn't win rounds after the 7th.
33:48 this is very important, glad Terry didn't miss it, Usyk definitely let Fury live. He's also done it before in other fights. Guy's a legend.
Lmfao yall crazy usyk couldnt finish fury and will be schooled in the rematch. From round 1 to 12, no joking around!
@@raskolnikov6972will Fury like your namesake be carrying an axe? Does Fury like your namesake have delusions of superiority? Will Fury like your namesake end up in a mental Siberia?
@@raskolnikov6972no one ever has or ever will school Usyk - it’s not possible - if anyone beats him one day it will have been a very tough fight.
Good comment, I caught that too and agree Usyk the gentleman
Who is the best boxer of this decade? Canelo, Usyk Crawford or Naoya?
Usyk is like a Swiss Knife, give him time to find the right tool and he'll open you up.
I'm still baffled how people concluded the fight was draw. Usyk won this fight with 2 round. People please go back and watch with fight with commentator muted. Stats DON'T lie. Usyk outpunch and outlanded Fury in most category.
Usyk also kept Fury in backfoot ALL night as he promised. There's only one small time Usyk seems to be major in stress - about 5th round.
Please stop misinformation.
Aside from round 9 it was close. Both fighters had moments in control
@@thatguy2.09 the fight was not close and round 9 was a complete battering, not just "aside from round 9".
How many fights have we seen a fighter taking punishment and the ref jumps in to save him, and we saw Fury taking WAY more than most in round 9, and that was even before he went down, yet the ref jumped in to save Fury- not from punishment- but to save him from LOSING the fight. That was a referee humanity stoppage if ever I saw one. The ref also saw fury holding ropes and hitting (twice) hitting LOW numerous times and hitting the back of Usyks head, NOT ONE WARNING the whole fight. This needs to be looked into.
It’s boxing history that mate. It’s a heavyweight title fight, it’s how it’s been since the start. You count out a champion. End of story!
Imagine they would have waved off Wilder vs Fury 1 when fury looked like he wasn’t alive on his back with his eyeballs in the back of his head, we wouldn’t have seen the best heavyweight title fight in 20 years in Fury vs Wilder 3
@@lordfarquard9902 you couldn’t have blamed any ref in the world for just waving the fight over in Wilder Fury 1- and any ref WOULD have waved it off, but that was another example of favouritism from refs towards Fury. Long counts etc, he’s had the lot, even down to the ref saving him against Usyk.
@@BottleBri It also was a heavyweight title fight.
Find me an example of a ref not counting out a champion in a heavyweight title bout at any point in boxing history?
The ref stated prior to all these fights “I’ll count you out” it happens in every single heavyweight championship fight, it’s just a fact mate.
That is boxing!
A champion is allowed to go out on their shield, that’s boxing!
Usyk is the largest 'accelerator' I've ever seen. The man knows how to trigger his opponent and step on the gas.
Subtle turn in the 7th, bloodied Fury’s nose in the 8th, and KO’ed Fury in the 9th
Agreed Usyk adjusted in the 7 then the nose was the big swing however he didnt win the championship rds, all 3 were close but everyone acts like he dominated after 9
@@Ryan-ys2bqit should have been stopped in the 9th due to 3 knock downs. There were 3 different instances where Fury needed the ropes to hold him up, each should have been ruled a knock down based on boxing rules, it should have been 3 knockdown rule.
He broke his nose and that's when the fight changed
"HES GUNNA EAT IT!!!" almost spat out my coffee, brilliant Teddy!
Usyk and his team was brutally honest about their plan.
Usyk said he would not leave Fury alone.
Member of his team said they would make Fury fight in a pace he never has fought before,.and we will see if he can keep it up 12 rounds. They did believe he would not be able.
They were right on the money
This guy (Teddy Atlas) is simply the best!!! Man, his review was as good as the fight a week later at that, unbelievable descriptive narration.
So why did he sit on the fence when he was asked who will win the fight ? ?.
I can't wait to see Fury eating more of those beautiful left hands in the rematch.
Usyk is special. He reminds me Holyfield
Usyk OUTHUSTLED Fury imo , he used every tool in his box, and out-worked , out-smarted Fury.🥊
In my opinion he outdogged him, he was down by a lot after 7 and decided do or die and waded into the fire and got the damage he needed
@@Ryan-ys2bq usyk won the first 3 imo.
Fury the next 3 imo.
Then usyk won everything else. Imo.
@@Ryan-ys2bqI agree, all the rounds Usyk lost he still kept coming forward. I was nervous for him at points. But on rewatch you can almost see his internal monologue "no... Not today..." Bang, bang!
Fury didn't throw enough uppercuts or right hands
It was so funny when Usyk said "i will not leave you alone out there'' and Fury was like "huh?? What does that even mean" i laughed so hard because i knew what he meant but it went over Tysons head. And im a Tyson fan. I actually felt bad for days after that fight. I kept thinking "ohh man.. hows Furys family going to handle him and this event" love both guys. Just incredible. I was hoping Tyson would shock the world but had a sinking feeling Usyk was winning. By the way i believe Usyk wins the rematch easier sadly.
115-112 usyk
116 - 111
Either are fair as are 114-113 either way or even all the way to 115 or 116 Fury. Usyk had 3 clear rds for me 1 8 and 9 I had him winning the close rds 3-2 for 114-113 but they were either way rds
I had it scored 116-112
Дякую ❤
@@Ryan-ys2bq Are you kidding? Usyk clearly won! How much more clearly could he win! It’s just the commentators who made it look close. 95% of Fury’s punches were on Usyk’s gloves while Usyk scored many clear and crisp hits to the face.
Usyk fights for his country like Joe Louis did during WW2, his body frame is like Ali with the same height and reach, and his fighting style is similar to Gene Tunney. To beat him at this point; you need someone like a young Tyson, Harry Greb or Jack Dempsey. And there isn't anyone around close to this right now or similar to these legends.
Good analysis, the only thing I would add is Usyk and Ali share the same birthday 😀 crazy huh.
@@RahulSingh-xl9pr That's iconic along with both also winning an Olympic gold, Ali's grandfather being an European like Usyk, Usyk doing a movie now similar to Ali playing himself in his own biopic. Them both being 6.3 and having an 78 reach along with a similar weight and birthday date is just something written from a book turned into a real life story.
@alcottdevalte7440 bro I didn't even know that! It's crazy how life is sometimes man. Wish you the best on your journey.
@@alcottdevalte7440
Ali vs Usyk. Usyk win in 12 rounds Ali in 15 rds.
But Ali could beat Foreman and Frazer which I don't any boxer in history could beat them in 70s apart from probably a prime Tyson.
I Think both Vitali and Usyk is an all time top 10 HW.
Vlad , Fury , AJ and Wilder aint even in top 15.
@@manygoodmen As of now, Usyk has 6 wins at heavyweight where he has lost around 15 rounds. Ali literally has 19 title defenses and 22 title fight wins in 25 world title fights at heavyweight. The thing about Ali vs Usyk is that Ali would have the speed, footwork, elusive activity, cardio and heavyweight experience advantages. Ali's resume and schedule at heavyweight consists of around fighting close to 20 champions and 20 hall of famers at heavyweight. It would have been the battle of will at the end.
On the score cards the judges had it close watching on tv usyk overwhelmed fury the whole fight and took all fury shots and still came forward and gave him a boxing lesson
Exactly
Doug do you think tyson can get fit enough to boss all.rounds on outside in rematch. He bossed middle rounds well
Lol.
It was close
He may have ate missy his shots but they still landed and that's how he won round
Usyk said after the weigh in "Don't be afraid, I won't leave you alone!" That was it. Teddy got it right. Usyk wasn't afraid of the range disadvantage at all. Of course this is a paradoxon to say "Don't be afraid", Usyk knew he would close the range and be on Fury. Fury asked on the last presser what Usyk said. Usyk is wolfe, a shark as someone said. Just great to listen to Teddy. I was glad to meet him personally in Germany, for me a very special meeting. All the best
where did you meet usyk?
Sorry meant Teddy, in Cologne
@@user-pu4og8jj4k did you just casually run into teddy atlas in cologne, or was it at a boxing event or something?
i'm just curious because i'm from germany too and i never met any high profile celebrities. neither usyk or atlas😁
Well, didn't meeting Usyk, Usyk is phenomenal for me, it was at the training camp for the Maske comeback against Virgil Hill. I was a fan of Teddy since he coached Moorer. I was happy that he would exchange words with me that time, thanks for that, I like thinking of that
@@user-pu4og8jj4k oh so that was about 2007?
yeah i became aware of teddy atlas too when he coached moorer against schulz. later i became more familiar with him through the ea sports boxing games. he really did his thing commentating those video games. he breaks down the whole sport of boxing, and throws in some real philosophical stuff...in a video game 😁very educational, teddy is a legend
Usyk is a Legend BEST this ERA as a Londoner Glad he battered Loud mouth Fury 🔥
Same here
Love listening to Teddy Atlas's analysis on this. It's those intangables that you have to listen to in your heart when picking a winner. It's not necessarily about what a fighter does great or doesn't do great. As a brit my heart wanted Fury to win but my head always said Usyk takes it. They're both winners, but Usyk is MORE of a winner than Fury, finding that way to win and with a country behind him, he definitely wanted it more. More of a complete natural at boxing. Everything Fury is great at, Usyk is just that bit greater.
That was my thought too
Usyk beat him twice in one night: once when he knocked him out in round 9 and then again on points at the end of the 12th round
When Usyk beat russian dude in moscovia in front of moscovian tsar that's when I realized he is REAL deal. Usyk made history, legend
Murat Gassiev
I like Fury but I admit that Usyk is a better sports representative..
He is dedicated to his craft..
Not like Fury drinking 🍻 , eating shit food then go to a 6 weeks camp, thinking that his size and skills will get him a win
Not only Usyk... his team also.
Can't say the same about Furys team lol

Teddy Atlas is something else man! The incredible breakdown with the poetic storytelling intertwined with a unmatched passion. What a blessing!
Love from Ireland
I picked Fury, but I saw Usyk is the better boxer, he made more adjustments, is a better athlete, has the better chin and keeps his head in the fight.
I listened to your prefight prediction and it was right on. I listened to the fight on showbizz the adult, and this post fight analysis was right on as well. Thanks Teddy. Usyk could have totally hurt Fury, but considering Usyk is a gentleman and Fury only called him sausage and little man most of the time, I think Usyk respected him.
This guy reads it well. I noticed what he was talking about. Fury was in real real danger of copping a brain damaging hit when Usyk ceased and the ref stepped in. Fury’s head was wide open and he was absolutely defenceless. Boxers have had serious brain damage and even died - No body wants to see that. I think Fury should thank Usyk.
Honestly after fury watches the fight especially round 9, he should call usyk and thank him for a great act of compassion. I would prefer fury avoids an immediate rematch and simply fight AJ.. the winner AJ vs fury can now earn the right to fight usyk.
Unfortunately he doesn't have that level of intelligence
Frank Warren is now playing the mental health card for Fury then why is he letting one of his fighters in the ring with mental health problems
And one who doesn't look like he is on any treatment
Usyk relied a lot on his superior stamina against heavier fighters,he does a lot of aerobic training including swimming which is low impact,he is intellectually superior
From me thinking boxing was dead to now being more excited for the fights than I am for ufc fights the last 6 months , love boxing again
Usyk fought Fury the same way he's fought every heavyweight. Simple in beginning 4, slow in the middle 4, pounce in the last 4. Every time. You don't need to be a famous trainer or fighter to figure that out. In fact, most of you still don't know this.
Naoya Crawford Usyk -- Pound for Pound Top 3.
crawford is #3 do to inactivity
Usyk is number 1 easy the other guys aren’t beating up guys 40 pounds heavier than them
@@MrJonnyl123Koska aiheesta Because from a certain point up, it doesn't help to be bigger. That's why there is no upper weight limit in the heavyweight division. Usyk is the same size as Muhammad Ali was
@@MrJonnyl123So, in my opinion, that is not a reason for usyk to be p4p no.1I would say that since there are more people who fight in the lighter division, the level is also higher in the lighter divisions than the heavyweight division, so on this basis Crawford would be no.1
@@jarmopaakkonen2884Wrong, the issue with your assessment is that around those weight classes it’s easier to become champion in multiple weight classes but unfortunately most of them aren’t doing that like Manny did. Usyk going up to Heavyweight is 10 times more impressive than anyone in any other division, if anyone comes close it’s canelo. No one takes risk’s anymore.
Crocodile Dundee is not something I thought I’d hear about today 😂
Luka Modric wasn't mentioned specifically, but he has that thing that isnt measurable... its called presence... he doesnt even touch the ball, and the team plays better...
I have a great dog named Teddy after Teddy Atlas. Ted and Bo have had pups and I'm keeping a solid one and calling him Usyk.
I had it 7-5 to Usyk with a 10-8 round. Clear win.
"I will not leave you alone" is the new "I'll be back". I also agree with Teddy Atlas about that last punch : Usyk did slow down and refrained from throwing it, not unlike Ali when Foreman was going down.
That's what thought, Ali followed Foreman, not throwing the last one, so did Usyk
i think the ref stepped in an fury was kind if down. another punch at that point would've concussed fury and decided the fight. i think fury played it smart, he kind of leaned over, turned away and threw his hand up that's when the ref started counting. he rather took the knockdown then another punch and go down for real
Transcripts: BAM.....BAM..BAM.............BAM!
Usyk drank Fury's milkshake.
He drank it up.
Soon as Usyk kissed that cross at the beginning of the eighth round his energy levels went through the roof. Phenomenal.
Great analysis notice how uzek winds his hand but doesn't through the last punch in round 9
Just like Ali against foreman!!!
atlas never says 2 words when 200 will do. verbosity personified
Teddy Atlas, he should've been called Teddy Encyclopedia
Teddy always takes the scenic route.
Punch stats on video evidence clearly have Usyk winning by 4 rounds.
I agree 100% with everything Teddy said, but man he gets off track so easily. Ken really needs to help Teddy stay on track. This could have been a 10 min video instead of 35 min.
Wood, it would be awesome to be at a boxing match sitting next to Teddy Atlas and to see his reactions and hear him describe what is going on, he knows the science of it probably very marvelous thing to see
That's what ESPN Friday Night Fights were like.
@@TooLooze sweet…never got to experience that.
Pure quality from Teddy....fantastic monologue, love it.
Teddy Atlas commentary as always is great!
Dont be afrraid
I will not leave you alone.
Whoever said fury bossed usyk anywhere in the fight. Fury had 2 good rounds for him round 5 and 6 and Usyk won 8 to 4 after taking a point away for the 10 8 round #9. And that is being favorable to Fury on 2 rounds the 4th and 7th where it could have went to either fury or usyk. So even if you give Fury those 2 rounds its 8 to 4 for uzyk and Uzyk should have got the Ko win in the 9th round. It was a masterclass and Usyk and Usyk is the best boxer alive right now.
Fury was at least 4-2 after 6 IMO and arguably could be 5-1 and 6-1 after 7 Usyk only clearly won the 1st rd until 8. It was not a masterclass he got the damage in 8 then the major damage in 9 even then 10-12 were all close rds
@@Ryan-ys2bq when Haney robs Lomachenko american fanboys claim his "body shots" won the fight for him..when Usyk completely dominates the first 3 rounds of his fight with Fury with a sustained body attack that actually slowed Fury down later in the fight ...the same american fanboys claim Usyk lost all early rounds bcos Fury was landing "great" jabs give it a rest...hyping Fury to make Wilder look better than the average protected paper champ he is to give america some kind of moral victory won't cut it anymore Fury was outclassed outboxed ,walked down by a "middleweight" who weighed 40 freaking pounds less than him and TKO'd in the 9th(saved by a useless paid ref) the instant he tried to trade with the much smaller man
Going back to AJ vs Usyk i thought AJ would be too much for the Ukrainian but Usyk very skillful and can adapt during the fight thats why i had Usyk winning against Fury and he proved me right
I think, Fury knows he did the best he could have done and has ever done. That's the best Fury we will ever see and Fury knows that, that is why him and his team started playing smoke screen with acting rowdy and overcrowding their own corner, its all smokes and screens so the audience gets confused and have an opportunity to make an excuse, but he knows and his team knows Usyk is 1000 times better and the best of this era. Fury is a great fighter, but he knows the rematch will be 10 times harder than the previous fight, he knows Usyk beats you on the first fight and destroys you and embarrasses you on the second time. The best thing for Fury to do is try to beat AJ and go in history as the 2nd best of this era. Because there is no boxer better than Usyk. He is the best of this era, and in my eyes, he is the best boxer I have ever seen. Good night.
I don’t know that Fury should fight again. He copped more in the 9th round than he ever has his team outta recognize this and tell him it’s over dude.
As for Usyk well I don’t think he needs to fight again either but for different reason. He has done it all now. Retire as a genuine great.
I dont think Fury believed Usyk was 1000 better than him. He knew he was technically better but he thought, like most people, his physicality would make up for that. They didnt crowd the corner fro an excuse? Dont underestimate arrogance, Fury was unbeaten for a long time and beleives he is the best ever. He'll take the rematch and it will be one hell of a fight
*“..but there’s certain guys that ain’t gettin’ mugged no matter what neighborhood they’re in..”*
Stamina was key.
Fury "BOXED", Usyk "FOUGHT"! that was the deciding factor
But Usyk's actual boxing was better, and Tyson fought to keep up. At least, that's how I saw it 😅
@DutchWeazel that's what makes it interesting, we all see the same things different ways
Ted's analogies are simply legendary by this point/cheers
Usyk is a very good Counter puncher, and has the ability to attack.
The amateur background helps him with huge guys
Imagine usyk was same size as fury or aj. Smaller man and dominated em both. If usyk was bigger he'd be 100% unstoppable. I hope he retires!
Usyk being 6.3 with an 78 reach actually makes him better than if he was bigger or taller. The ideal heavyweight has always been around 6.1-6.3/6.4 and weighing 210-240 pounds. Neither Fury, Joshua and the other bigger heavyweights today can match his footwork, speed, cardio, elusive activity and pace while being bigger, which favors Usyk big time.
He would be a lot slower at that size tho so it’s swings and roundabouts
His speed and footwork gets him inside these guys pockets and chips away. What a great fight they had
I don't think it's possible to have that movement and stamina at 6ft6
If Usyk was just as tall, he would walk against the same problems as the big fellas.
The match could've completed in round 9.
Kudos to the referee who took it to round 12
Furys a mug. Three clowns yelling in his ear in his corner vs Usyks calm focused corner
3 clowns, well well
Aren't you something.
Such a great analysis! Still CAN'T believe that the Canadian judge gave it to Fury 116-113
If ya wanna make money roll with Teddys fight picks.. pretty consistant on picking the winner
Teddy just gives away a masters degree in sport psychology.
On fight night I scored it a draw.. but watching back and some of the exchanges in slow mo, the judges got it 💯 correct.
Super analysis. Teddy's like a feature film, you gotta watch him till the end.
For the rematch, let's hope Fury can make the necessary adjustments so he becomes more than just an 8 rounds fighter against Usyk.
I can listen to Master Teddy all day.
Great episode thank you 🙏
Usyk always have one really solid convincing round in his fight that may or may not result of a knockdown, ang i mean every fight and that's how he wins🥊
Imagine a man 6in taller and nearly 3stone heavier getting a boxing and fighting lesson from a much smaller guy it’s because hes a much better all round fighter
I saw a comment saying it's the equivalent of the smaller Charlo vs Artur Beterviev, and Beterbiev running away, showboating, throwing a few bodyshots then getting knocked out and saved by the referee. Oh and then saying he won and that the judges were biased because of geopolitics
no need to imagine it. it just happened.
Excellent analysis, Teddy. Fury should hire you for a month asap so he can work on those points. I'll just add 1) he needs increase his punching endurance as his output is far below Usyk's and 2) time his output so it's especially strong in the last 30 seconds of every round (as Ali often did) - in close rounds this can tilt the judges' opinion of who won the round.
'it Will come down to the Jab' is like saying the earth is round
Great take by the Great Teddy Atlas.
Thank you for this analysis Teddy
great breakdown of the fight guy's
I’d like to see a CZcamsr do a video on the 1st round… nobody gave it to fury… we watched it twice in super slow motion and made sure not to count the misses… we had it 18 punches landed by fury to 13 landed punches by usyk…
I would be super interested in someone making that video watching in slow motion and counting the landed punches
I'd like to see your video for round 1 finding those 18 punches landed by Fury. Then we can all have a laugh..
Fantastic analysis Teddy 👏
Fury got battered.
The Gypsy Queen finally dethroned
Best review of the fight I've heard!
Usyk won 1-3 and 7-12. He won easily 8-4. If not 9-3!
Fury got bullied all all night. Only 4,5,6 did fury win conclusively
I agree Usyk is better and won, but your last point is silly because you could say Usyk only won a few rounds conclusively too.
Maybe 7th too but Usyk is a very clear winner imo. 8-4 with a 10-8 so 116-111. 115-112 was barely acceptable but nothing closer than that.
@@Disinfo321he actually won 6 rounds conclusively.
The quality of usyks big punches in 6 rounds, won him the rounds clearly imo.
I agree with you 4/5/6 were easy wins for Fury. Fury threw wild looping right hands after the Jab and almost knocked Usyk out. Problem was Fury did not throw his right hand in any of the other 9 rounds. I was yelling at my TV “ Throw the god damn right hand Tyson”. But for some strange reason Tyson only threw that right hand for 3 rounds. Very disappointing
Yep yep, spot on.
Usyk has the SUPERIOR ring IQ.
Fury RELIES on height & reach. He lacks speed and lacks craft.

i think so too
Great breakdown and the lie detector bit very funny. Thank you good sir's.
thanks ted, awesome
Teddy come on take a vacation
Whilst I saw Usyk as the clear winner, it was close. Usyk took Fury to places he hadn't been before, but Fury also took Usyk to places he hadn't been before also.
Having said that, Fury did appear to benefit from the ref. He got the benefit of a butt (accidental I am sure but still) that caused a cut on Usyk's forehead. A proportion of the punch stats for Fury were not scoring punches (on the gloves/blocked) but appear to have been called in his favour nevertheless and he used the ropes to punch Usyk several times, which I feel sure is against the rules (correct me if I am wrong). And no warning for at least one blow that was too low for comfort. Great fight still.
Ok. Fury got the nerves out of the way, the fear of Usyk, the fear of taking your first loss. If they rematch, I think Fury can change things around.
Thanks!
I reckon I could have a shot at this boxing analysis stuff. Just say "it's about the jabs" for everything. Nobody ever disagrees with jab chat.
I wish you were still training fighters Teddy
Uysk won fair and square, but let's get real fellas.
Uysk is not a big puncher, he has a zero knock-out % in the heavy weight division.
The only reason he was able to nearly knock out fury is because furys punch resistance has gone after getting hit with bombs that would kill most men by wilder. Do u remember that right hand that hit fury and it sent a shock wave through his body!!!
Fury is not immortal, u can only get hit with so many of those before it starts taking its toll. That's not an excuse for fury, he lost end of, but it does explain how someone who took countless nukes from a killer knock out artist nearly got knocked out by a much smaller cruiser weight who in comparison to wilder is a pitter patta boxer.
Against Dubois, TKO.
i think fury is washed up. his discipline isn't there. he was fat against ngannou...now skinnier, but the whole thing suggests he wasn't really disciplined
Am I crazy, or the day before the fight did I not see Teddy say he wasn't sure who was going to win? Now he is saying he picked Usyk. I'm going to go and find that video to see and hear if I heard what I thought I did.
I believe Usyk wins again easier next time which i wish wasn't the case because im a Tyson fan but i cant see him winning against Usyk ever.
Fury has also always found a way to win, going into this fight.
Teddy acknowledged this, but never really explained why Usyk was different from Fury in this area.
