Me: *passes out around 9pm wakes up at 1am, doesn't go to bed until like 6am and then wakes up at 12pm* "Seasonal depression who?"
Why does this happen? I don't fuggin know
I’ve been diagnosed with depression for years. Anxiety and borderline as well…. Over the last few weeks this has been a regular occurance. Not every night but a lot. One night I went to bed at 830ish woke up at 2am didn’t go back to sleep till 5am and woke up at 7am for work.
Other nights, same thing. Bed around 9, wake up at 1am don’t sleep till 3-4am and up at 7am for work or weekends yes 12pm
I feel this deeply but I don't sleep until I pass out from exhaustion

Kris is legitimately one of the only CZcamsrs that should never feel bad about her content. She takes time to film and she carefully curates to what her fans like and what she thinks they will like, she puts a tremendous amount of thought into her videos. Meanwhile you have other CZcamsrs who yell random crap for half an hour.

I feel like she’d be the mom friend who can turn it off. Like if she’s DD’ing, so makes sure everyone has water and food and gets in their front door safely. But when she doesn’t have to rule the roost, she’s the first one taking shots and losing hair ties. 😂

I'm not a parent, but my sister has 5 kids. And it's hard to not be at least a little extra nice to my youngest niece after seeing her older siblings make her upset all through the day. Like, they're not insanely cruel or anything. But it's just that issue of the youngest wanting to be included and the older ones still being kids and saying "You're too young" "You always mess things up" without enough empathy. And seeing how it hurts my youngest niece breaks my heart. The youngest loves to play my Mario Party game, but when it's a 2v2 game everyone complains when they're put on a team with her. She's cried a few times. And it pains me to see it, because I can see that she's really trying and giving her all and they're getting mad at her. So yeah, I'm extra nice to her when I can be. Like, I compliment her gameplay moves with enthusiasm when she simply does something correctly.
The fact that someone as beautiful as Kris can feel bad about her looks shows that it’s just normal to feel insecure. I also love that in one day this video has nearly a million views, Kris deserves it and a big thumbs up for a great video!
Hey, North Jersey? I just got that feeling I know you for some reason lol don't mind me, I'm from Pennsylvania and never left haha My old "friends" called me the "sicko, psycho, psychic" cause I could read them, like literally, and it would freak them out.
Then they would say "You can come hang out with us we're sorry" Then they'd say "Sike, Ho" with a pause In-between the two words lol I laugh now cause I never got it. It doesn't happen with everyone though, i can get it wrong.
