- The Dallas Cowboys came up well short of a win in Week 18 against the Washington Commanders in a 26-6 loss. Dak Prescott went 14-of-37 with just one touchdown and a pick-six in the loss. Dallas did not have much more success on the ground, averaging only 2.4 yards per carry. Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe rate how bad of a sign the loss was for America's Team on a 1-10 scale.

I think that had a lot to do with it. A lot of guy's played that were playing to keep their job or at least audition for another roster next year . Dallas came in and played like I'll get may reps in the first quarter then I'm out and got roasted. Never did get there heads in that game as the Washington players just kept playing with so much more intensity that whole game.

That would be the DB's that the Cows end up playing due to insane amounts of injuries. Cowboys are starting random guys off the streets and practice squad now, Diggs is still in there but they just don't throw at him and not having Vander Esch who was the leading tackler is a problem, Micah Parsons playing one handed (AND THE COACHES STILL NOT RESTING HIM) is also a major factor. Cowboys were already thin at multiple positions but injuries just picked them apart towards the end of the year and it's pretty clear they have almost no chance of making any kind of run in the playoffs now unless they just absolutely show out somehow but I don't think anyones putting money on that after this performance.

The team looked concerned and Dak can't hide anymore, because the spotlight is on him more so than ever. I'm not a Cowboys fan either but more than just a bad team attitude guys don't want to risk injury in meaningless games. I think that is what contributed more to them not wanting to be out there unnecessarily. That was just my theory. If it is correct, I can't say that I would have felt differently, even as the game wore on I was like "get your starters out!". If Dak, or Lamb, or Micah Parsons goes down in a game like that it would be disastrous.

I was watching the game and it was unreal when Dak almost threw a pick 6 and then came back the next play and threw the same route at the same player for a pick 6 lol It was unreal, never seen anything like it.

The problem with the Dallas pass rush now I believe, is that they are a little undersized and look like they are worn out after about 7-8 games. Parsons can't handle the grind of the long NFL season. That's why he will probably never really be as good as a Lawrence Taylor, unless he somehow can build up more stamina/endurance. Same with D. Law and others

Dak has not been the same since his ankle injury and even worse after the injury to his thumb on his throwing hand this year. I except him to have another surgery on his hand/thumb when the season concludes which is obviously going to come next Monday.

it was more than a 3rd string rookie qb...washington played their 4th 5th and 6th string HBs in this game as the top 3 hbs were all injured...4th and 5th string lbs...didnt have their best DT...didnt have their best S....was missing starting CBs...
