Yorlu said rocket parachute should have descent rate of not less than 5m per sec...but its opposite of that....max descent rate should be 5m per sec....so that means 5m per sec or it can be less but not more than 5m per sec...

1)Mobbuoy self igniting light has the same intensity as the ordinary lifebuoy light which 2 cd (in video its been said as 35 cd)

19:21 is the MAX RATE OF DESCENT not minimum. It should not go down faster than 5m/s for the reason for it to remain as max time in Air as possible for other vessels to spot it.
R.P are in 6 numbers in life boat ? but in description it is mentioned about 4 only

"Yes I agree to it that it's not mentioned about it being on the bridge, I could not find the same in Solas also. But as we know it is usually present on bridge only, so no harm in saying so.

For the Life buoy at around 0:31 you say it should be capable to withstand drop from TWICE the height at which it is stowed ? Isn't it just the height at which it is stowed.

I stand corrected, in LSA code it states that "Life buoy to be constructed to withstand a Drop into water from the height at which it is stowed above the waterline in the lightest seagoing condition or 30 m, Whichever is Greater, without impairing either it's operating capability or that of it's attached components."
For MOB, the self-igniting light intensity is 2cd and able to operate for at least 2 hrs. Where did yo get 35cd and 45 minutes?

@ DEEPAK NEGI. Watch the vedio again, nihal has written in board that bouyant lifeline diameter is not less than 8mm, not the grab line,. Grab line is not less than 9.5 mm there.

There are more markings for a life jacket:
1) Manf. Name
2)Date of Manf.
3) The word FRONT
4) Weight Capacity
5)Sl. No.

Well I did not find this under Solas, or LSA code or IMO site. But what I found was under IMO resolution MSC.207(81)
-Life jackets shall be marked by either weight or height or by both.(Infant, Child or Adult)
Under LSA code
-be clearly marked with approval information including the Administration which approved it, and any operational restriction
-in additional a child life jacket shall be marked with -height or weight range for which the life jacket will meet the testing & evaluation criteria recommend by the organization.
-A child symbol

Yes they may or may not have a Buoyant line but Smoke float and self ignighting Light will be present for all MOB Life buoys.
Nihal Gupta when I was onboard recently (1 month ago) , the MOB was not fitted with buoyant line. Only smoke signal and self igniting light as one device. Is this regulation recently updated ?

Well , I could not find any Regulation stating that Buoyant line is a must for MOB marker.
But incase fitted must meet the criteria under Regulation 2.1.4 of the LSA code, As required by Regulation 7 of chapter 3 of Solas.

Yes but that is for passenger ship.
I am quoting from solas -"Every passenger ship shall carry lifejacket for not less than 5% of the total number of persons on board. These Lifejackets shall be stowed in conspicuous places on deck or at muster station"
