Dumb, he took it too far. He should've known it wasn't worth the risk. He's lucky all they did was ban him, they could've called the cops and pressed charges of trespassing. With the use of false identification it's a pretty serious charge, at least in most states. I know he didn't show ID to get in but he intentionally used the fact that he looks like a player to falsely impersonate him and it's the same legally. Saying it's not a crime because security let him in don't change how it's viewed legally.
Had they asked him who he was, made him show any form of credentials, he would have been stopped in his track right there, which player is showing up in full gear before getting into the stadium. The security was incompetent and punished him for their failure.
@@toddpacker1015 you're right, but only if he did so after letting them know he wasn't Klay, there is no way anyone could objectively argue he wasn't let in because they believed he was Klay, legally there is no difference between using the fact that you look like someone who would be given access and using a fake ID to gain entry, if he walked in and told them he wasn't Klay and they still let him in then no it wouldn't be trespassing but his nickname is "Fake Klay" for a reason
