As a German, I agree with Moe. In Germany, you learn how to be a good off-ball player and team player. This is super important and oft neglected im the US. But on the other hand, in Germany you don't learn enough how to be a 1-1 facilitator that can create room for the other teammates.

44:00 I had a good friend and came from Germany that played second division football came to visit my family in Sacramento California and was blown away by how proud my father was of me and how he boosted on my ego. He would go on to tell me that his father would never speak of him in that light. Really goes to show the cultural differences.

I would compare them to the Klitschkos. Franz is more talented and Mo is the more emotional character. Together they had been unbelievable for Germany

As a German American I can tell u they speak a mix...cause when u get comfortable with two languages there are moments u can express yourself better in that language than the other

Wow. Some great vibes here. I am pretty sure both of them would love to play for the national team and also on the fiba eurobasket stage... but it is not only up to them. It is a matter of insurrance and the prior interests of the Orlando Magic who have the power to deny or make it financially really hard for the national teams to bring up these really high insurrance payments the clubs are demanding.
