Hello…I’d recommend you all to buy or rent here. Cars are generally cheaper here than in the states. I don’t know the actual process as I don’t have my drivers license but I do have friends who own/rent cars and they say the process is fairly simple.

From the few videos I’ve watched Kuwait doesn’t seem like a great place to live. It doesn’t seem to offer much opportunity for those who aren’t Kuwaiti?

Hey yes I did. Its not a horrible place. It takes so getting used to and adjusting to the culture. In the first few videos, it was summer time so it was really hot. People tend to stay inside during the day and go out at night. Also, for teaching (I cannot say for other professions) the pay is better here in Kuwait which heavily influenced my decision along with my current relationship at the time. There is plenty of stuff to do here, you just have to find it.

Also, my second question is, if I work a job where I earn 22 dollars a month, could I afford to live in Kuwait with that kind of salary? Last question, how much do businesses pay in taxes. I am an Entrepreneur and I started my own small hair oil business. I want to know how much I will be paying in taxes and how much of my personal income will be going to taxes. Hello, technically you can't start a legal business in Kuwait if you're not Kuwaiti. And unfortunately a salary of 22 dollars a month is not sufficient to live in Kuwait. There are no taxes here either. BEST OF LUCK TO YOU!

Hey babe. I’m not 100% sure. My housing is paid for by my school. You can find a nice flat anywhere from 100KD and higher. It depends on location, utilizes and furnishings.

Hey love. I’m not sure about that field as I am a teacher and am only familiar with education here in kuwait. However citizenship is very difficult to attain here if you are not a natural born Kuwaiti citizen. You can get residency but that’s about it from what I know of. Kuwait is very safe to live and work. I actually feel safer here than in the states 💛
