Can you suggest any particular apartment/Building at a budget of 1-1.5 million AED within the Dubai City (not the countryside) Free Hold area like JVC? Not villa. No Townhouse. I want the least maintained flat 2 BHK apartment with a simple modern but elegant interior and good road accessibility (If possible near any metro station). Hello, you can get rented home with washing machine or you can buy separately. We don’t have gallery as you can see, we use dry area for drying clothes.

Yes my apartment is near to Sharaf dg metro station. It is always better have flat near station. Travelling by metro is not that costly. It is very convenient option. You can opt for any apartment be it studio or 1bhk. It depends on your cost of living, expenses. You can get good options in studio apartments as well.
