    As a work from home desk job person for over 8 years, your tips were perfect!! I restarted my health journey at the beginning of the year and currently incorporate a lot of your tips and suggestions. The meal prep is where I tend to struggle with consistency. Thank you for sharing and would love to see more content like this.

I think the nutrition piece is the hardest for a lot of us, I am going to try to make more meal prep and recipe videos for this channel🩷

    New subbie here! I love your videos! I’m 32 yrs old and work at an office and from home some days so still trying to find my rhythm. Thanks for sharing your knowledge - I’ll definitely be trying these out!

      I’m so happy reading this!! We have a lot in common, I am 31 and hybrid for work (mostly at home though). It is hard to get in a routine but doing even a few of these everyday has helped me so much💜

    When do you cook, clean , take care of the child? Do you ever need a real break to just take your phone and watch something relaxing ? I love your house btw

      I meal prep every Sunday for 1-2 hours and try to have quick “no prep” snacks in the house always - example snap peas with hummus, Greek yogurt packs, almonds, cheese sticks🤍 my child is in daycare from 8-4:30 while I work so I try to soak in the evening hours with him and weekends. Cleaning is done whenever we can, to be completely honest it’s not my time in life to have a perfectly clean house LOL! We just do the most important stuff. I definitely need some time in the evenings to completely relax, usually from 830-930pm after my toddler is asleep, Thank you so much🫶🏻
