This workout is toooo gooddd!! It's been a week I've been doing this and I already lost 1.56 KGS. But I have an advice for people who are just starting this, like a beginner..I wanna say that don't do all the dances in this video on the first day. It'll give you severe leg and joint pain. I did the mistake and i wasnt able to get up the next day. But slowly i improved. The cardios are actually very good! But the thing is that a beginner who's doing workout stuff for the first time, don't do the complete video at once. Slowly but steadily increase your pace. You'll get sick if you push yourself too much on the very first day. Cause you need to train your body for minimum a week. This routine would be new for your body. I didn't do all of the exercises. I just jumped a bit when it was too hard to handle (thanks to the comment i followed). Just don't force yourself. Be steady and consistent. That's the key to achieve your ideal body. Good luck to all the ladies and gentlemen. Have a great weight loss journey ahead. This cardio is just perfect before doing any Ab workouts or any HIIT workout. Take care and stay hydrated!

My mom's been a zumba instructor for like 10 years now and she's 50, and man oh man, I can't believe she takes 3 sessions (that's 3 hours of an even more intense dance fitness workout) and 2 sessions of Power Yoga every day. a tip for everyone doing this video is to do a warm up/ not so intense workout before this and don't ever give up, I lost about 40lbs (197->~160lbs) with this video and 4 other dance party videos from madfit in 5-6 months. If you ever feel like its to intense you can take a quick break like to drink water or 1 minute but NEVER give up, I'm doing these workouts again and I just walk around if I cant do something or will slightly adjust it like I can't do burpees so I do jumping squats or cheer jumping jacks. I'm starting this again at 187lbs and my goal weight is 150-140 by june :)

Something that works for me it's doing either arms or legs only and them put both movements together if I can ...
Also depends the instructor. Some are too fast and like to show off how old they are. I never go back to a second class of those...

Today 14 March decided to take a look at dance routines. 10 years without exercise and asthma and some kgs and this is the first routine I try. After years of trying to lose weight and searching for cardio workout video on CZcams, this one is the most effective and fun for me who literally hate exercising and easily get tired since the very 1st minute. It’s amazing how you two give so much energy and design the choreography that make people enjoy much more. Including the moves that does not need extremely flexible body to lay on the ground or such. I have been doing this starting from 1 time a day to 2 times for 6 months and ive lost 11kg. Of course it is done with diet food too so here is my diet plan to share with you guys im not sure if its correct or not but please adjust according to your body :
- 2-3 boiled eggs with boiled spinach (without seasoning) and toast
- fruits ex: mango, kiwi, melom
- 3 omelette with less butter and boiled vegetable (any) with avocado and toast
- vegetable soup with minced pork ( its Thai vegetable soup called, tam-lueng ตำลึง it’s low callories and yummmmmmy)
- toast with peanut butter and jam ( and at this point i dont care about sugar consumption hahahahahaha its my fav, cant resist)
- Thai food called, larb mhoo or ลาบหมู you can use chicken if you like
And there are so many Thai menu that has low calories you can adjust to your daily eating

Im a little in the chubby side. This was my first time doing this and had to pause it 3 times! It absolutely kicked my butt! Although I had to modify it because I live in an upper floor apartment, I can't jump around and there are space constraints, I still kept bouncing my knees and moving as much as I could.
I am a waterfall of sweat now, but thank you so much for creating such a fun, high energy work out! I felt ridiculous at times (I think I have 2 left feet) but I did my best to keep up with you two!

Just did this for the first time last night. I work 56-80 hours week. This shows that you don’t need an hour to have an effective workout. It also shows that the oldie but a goodie burpees are no joke. Thank you for this routine.

Guys I did this almost everyday (to be honest ; I was absent in some days but generally i did this 5 days a week ) and it works for me and I'm still doing this ! This 15 minute HIT dance is amazing and it will keep you going on even if you want to give up.If you are boring to do cardio workouts and HIT workouts , this HIT dance is for you !!!
