In case anyone is interested, I linked the list of changes that will be made to the Constitution of Russia (i.e., the reason the govt. resigned).
- The president loses a lot of his/her influence on the parliament, the State Duma. This may herald a gradual transition to a truly presidential-parliamentary republic in reality instead of it being that on paper.
- The head of state loses part of his/her influence on the siloviks (army/police/FSB). According to the new proposed changes, he/she can now only appoint chiefs of these institutions only in consultation with the Federation Council (upper house of the parliament)
- Speaking of the Fed. Council, it becomes more powerful and now plays a bigger role.
- The local governors become more influential in federal-level politics - through the means of the State Council (a body that exists currently, but it will be written into the constitution and given certain powers)
- Prevalence of Russian legislature over international legislature
- Last, but not least, Medvedev's gone from the Premier seat. He still gets a high position, but one that is nowhere near as powerful as his former one. This also means that he will not return into his warm chair.
What does all of this mean? This means that a "constitutional revolution" is happening in Russia - the powers of the President will now be split among different offices with no single office holding more than 50% + 1 share in the governmental process.

I will just add on to it by saying that perhaps Putin is creating a deep state, that will make the country's geopolitical and interior-political course more independent of the people in the State Duma or in the President's cabinet.

You forgot the flag they briefly used between the fall of the Soviet Union and modern Russia. It was the same White/Blue/Red design but the blue was lighter and the flag itself was wider

+ is a placeholder for whatever international prefix is used in each country’s phone standard. So in Europe it stands for 00, but for example in the US it’s equivalent to 010. That means that if you want to call Russia from the US, you have to dial 0107 and the national number.
It's +7 or 8, we don't use any "00" prefixes
Don't forget that in 1991-93, Russia had a slightly different flag, with the blue being lighter, and the proportions being a bit different.
Fun fact about the knight on coat of arms being St. George the Victor. In the center of Moscow, near the Red Square there is a large semi-underground mall (and a subway station) named "Okhotnyy ryad" (translates to something like "hunter's line"). On the top of this mall's skylight, there's a statue of St. George slaying the dragon, specifically stated to be that)
