8 year old me knew what the fuck was up when I arbitrarily decided John Cena was my favorite WWE wrestler
He’s a cool dude
Heh
And I think he’s filled the most make a wish requests out of any celebrity. He’s a good dude
8 year old you is a fucking mark lol 😉
He was basically the Superman of wwe
That squat technique for such a heavy weight is so impressive, jesus the man is a beast!
A dude I work with shook his hand and was like a little kid hand I. His hand, huge
I saw an clip of an interview with big show once. They asked big show something along the lines of who was the strongest wrestler. He said john cena. He said he picked up over johns shoulders once and didnt even feel him budge. Perfectly stable and in control like a rock. He felt perfectly safe.
Seeing this video, now i understand why lol.
Yes and also full of Roids, but indeed it is heavy.
@@arthurleible7139yeah, I've seen him in person. I'm actually taller than him (6'5"), but his hands are bigger than mine. Dude is a beast, it's not very often that a guy that's shorter than me makes me feel small.
@@cariocafaveladowho cares bro who cares if he is taking anything. Why is that everyone concern. He is a top tier athlete there all taking stuff. Good god. Gear doesn’t automatically make you huge. It takes you from being normal to beyond human natural abilities. And mainly recovery time to be able to hit harder lifts day after day.
you're right, 611lbs bar moving up and down by itself is impressive.
😂😅🤣!!!
😂
You noticed that too?
Ass to grass squats with all that weight is damn impressive.
Lmaoo 😂😂
Theres a reason why the Big Show says when John picks you up it's like youre laying on concrete. Youre not going anywhere.
Big Show is snubbing Brock with that interview.
Cuz his fat belly can't handle rock solid shoulders.
I’ll never forget that one time John lift Bigshow for the FU but his knee buckled and dropped the big fella. This happened
Po@@blue-phoenix115
@@Alvin_Viviannah man he mentioned that Lesnar is probably the most explosive guy in the same interview. Cena is just the most stable one (like a vice grip he says)
I wish I could see what the fuck Mike was looking at.
😂😂
Bar is moving up and down by itself!
It's like a bar is moving up and down in mid air 🤔
I'm so disappointed in myself for taking more than 0,2 seconds to get that.. That means cardio for me today.
"let's copy the premise of the recycled joke!!"
Crazy that the bar is just hovering like that!
be original
@@anomaly3215 nah those jokes a fire lol

Why is the squat bar moving without anyone there?
Underrated comment😅
That took me a moment 😂
B cause U cant 👀 me
Lol! Had me for a min

Kurt Angle giving good advice to younger wrestling stars.
Haha I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Mike looks like Angle lol
Ass to grass makes you stand out on camera
What? Kurt angle was more handsome more bigger more athletic. Mike looks like a Minecraft block.@@kman8749
damn kurt put on some weight XD
More like King Kong Bundy
He's about 5 years younger than Dwyane Johnson and yet he's in much better condition from a joint and muscular perspective.
WTF? Thought Cena was like 10 years younger at least.
I stopped watching wrestling basically right when he started to show up.
Always felt like he was the new gen wrestler. Couldn't understand why people liked him with the few clips I did see.
Then... I saw interviews with him maybe ten years after that. Not his wrestling persona.
Man is charismatic as hell! One of the celebs I definitely was wrong about. Top 5 best famous people hands down that is the real deal for sure. He actually has integrity, and uses his fame for good.
Oh, and his sense of humor is top notch. Can make a douche like Peacemaker likable.
Like whats his name said... If you're a kid in a hospital. Pray he doesn't come into your room. He is a reaper.
Just kidding! Mad respect.
@@dianapennepacker6854if I was a kid in a hospital and the rock came in my room, I'd just tell them to finish me off on the spot
@@patootie3529 hahahah
Cena has spent basically his entire life as a good to great form bodybuilder. The Rock played many years of high level football, which involves a lot more physical trauma to the body and likely included a lot of explosive movement lifting, which is what was emphasized in the 80s and 90s.
@@dianapennepacker6854 I mainly know Cena from his appearance in Amy Schumer's "Trainwreck" movie. He was hilarious. Like Dr. Mike, clearly not afraid of homoerotic humor.
Between this guy and that computer dude Thor my scrolling experience has become much more positive and enjoyable
Shout out to Thor! Let's go!
I only found him after I saw his interview about working at blizzard.
@@firemyst9064 nice same
Considering all I do is work in tech, go to the gym and watch CZcams I see this as an absolute win
Lol same
I also have prime in there
WWE had a side piece where Mark Henry, Kane, and Big Show discussed various things.... all three agreed that cena was one of the guys they felt most comfortable on his shoulders.... and each of those guys probably weight in the 300s. John cena has legit strength
Yes , I saw that as well. They also agreed that he was one of the strongest dudes in the WWE 💪😎
According to the MC announcers, Big Show weighed 700 pounds or whatever. Would like to know real weight and height of these guys.
@@Marrow9000Wtf are you talking about 700 lbs... he never weighed more than 500.
Big show was 500 pounds I believe
2/3 of those dudes were 400+
Bing Chilling looking big as hell
before he was a wrestler he was a ametuer body builder
Didn't know that. Thx.
@@pennyproud1621You should check out the video More Plates More Dates made on him. He explains how incredible Cena’s genetics are, even going so far as to say that Cena could’ve gone down the Mr Olympia route if he’d wanted to.
Hell, if there’s a multiverse, there are plenty of universes out there in which Cena did just that, rather than becoming a wrestler, chose to endeavour to become a competitive bodybuilder as a career and stuck to it.
He used to be a weightlifter too, there's a 10 yr old vid of him on yt still snatching 120kg which explains why he knows how to squat like one
*fake wrestler
@@buddybrick1176 what does that have to do with anything
Damn the special effects in this video were impressive.
How that bar moved by itself looked so realistic
Man he might even be an exercise scientist lifting like this. Which would mean your time is up, and his time is now 👀
Insane reference to his entrance song
You can't see him🗿
Not only the full depth, but the upright torso is incredible. These shoes work man.
The first time ive seen him complement someone 😂
So true I was even surprised 😅😂
Bar is levitating.
underrated comment
That bar is floating.. magic
Seen him at the Tampa airport. Dude is a giant compared to your average guy.
That bar moving up n down on its own is pretty great technique
Bar just moving itself? Crazy
"One does not simply squat into Mordor" is what he meant to say.
Is it me or did that freaking bar move up and down by itself!
That's a testimony to his character and work ethic.
How is the bar floating up and down
I just see a barbell levitating itself.
Bro got a crush on John cena 8th clip I seen of him reacting to John cena in 5 minutes
Why's the weight moving by itself and why is Dr. Mike commenting on the technique of the weight just moving on its own?
He was also known to be the strongest guy in wwe outside of mark Henry this definitely shows that 👆🏻👆🏻
No one gets big on accident. That’s why it appeals to people. You can inherit it or buy it, it’s through hard work like Arnold said
That's why he was able to hit The Big Show with the Attitude Adjustment with such ease.
Shane Gillis loves this dude
😂😂😂😂 good reference
@@gathianigathiani1760 the special needs community loves two things… 😂
Bing chilling
How'd they edit out the guys on the side hilding up the bar? It looks like it's just floating there
I agree with Mike, I see someone wearing weightlifting shoes, not squat shoes, but weightlifting shoes. And it means they very likely know their shit
Good thing you said who it was because I can't see him
But can he beat clarence tho?
Imagine going to a meet and john cena is there competing
Most importantly…he’s got ⚙️
Doug Brignole has a good video about squatting, something to do with pelvic tilt under load. Worth a watch for good form.
I’ve never seen a bar squat itself. That was absolutely nuts.
Weightlifting shoes sales going up after this short?
Well he lifted Mark Henry and big show... Together ☠️
I have no idea how the bar just lifted itself seemingly by an invisible force but I am impressed.
I struggled to break 200 lb squats because of instabilities around my hips, I took my technique right back to empty bar and slowly added weight while using maximum depth, ass to ankles. Its only been a few weeks and I'm back to where I was but able to lift it from the floor instead of struggling. Can't wait to breeze past this plateau in another few weeks.
I remember back in his early days of wrestling, the other wrestlers were touting his incredible strength for his size.
The most impressive part is that bar floating on its own. I'd never workout at a gym that haunted
Welllllllllll the big show said he felt safe up there
The bar moving itself, impressive!
This seems like a crossover to make.
Big E also being that energy to the weight room.
Whoever set up the wire to hold up the weight made it look like it’s floating
My knee caps woulda knocked the camera stand down.
That Squat is Elite level
Could you please do superhero workout plan videos for Captain America, Spider-Man, Aquaman, and Deadpool or Wolverine.
I got Juliana Harkavys Black Canary workout from a channel called SuperheroJacked. They have the PDFs on their website. They have the ones you're looking for as well.
10 seconds of Dr. Mike could sustain me for at least a few days. 😂
Hey Dr Mike react to Joe Kovacs lifting weights!
I can't see him, squating...LoL
Guys in WWE have lots of trainers to help them. That's why they're all in such good shape
Wrestling may be "fake," but the dude can pick up the Big Show. That's a big strong boy.
Me squatting 135 in my weightlifting shoes lmao “I’m the real fuckin deal”
Please explain how knee sleeves and weightlifting shoes work, I’ve always wanted to know
How is the bar moving like that with no one under it.... awesome video editing 👌
I started to like this channel more and more, 🎉 subbed big man
I dont use sleeves or belts. But i typically dont go above 415. If i do go above 415 im using sleeves and a belt. But i like to do 395 for reps. Im doing 395 for eleven repetitions to competition depth as per todays performance.
Great work ethic 😊
What's so important about the weightlifting shoes. Because their angle for squats? Targeting quads?
Bro never Skips head day
Bar jus lifts itself
Not to detract from his good form but he's that jacked for a slightly DIFFERENT reason
Bro I’ll squat 611 lbs with John Cena hanging onto the bar… I kid I kid 😂
How is that barbell just floating by itself!?
Whoa, how tf is that barbell moving by itself?…
Doing 611 with deep squat is crazy 😮
I knew this guy growing up who didn't look like he could lift a lot but something about his body mechanics just allowed him to put up absolutely crazy number, like numbers a dude his size just shouldn't be able to. Jon strikes me as the type of dude who already looks crazy strong but however strong you think he should be, he's even stronger than that.
Floating barbell
One of the rare moments a celeb squats correctly.
Forgive me for asking this question. I am totally blind. I have no vision whatsoever, so what are knee sleeves and where would I purchase them at? Thank you.
Holy shit the bar is moving by itself!
Some people struggle with a squat like that without additional weight.
Very important to pick a spot on the wall at head hight or higher and focus on that for squats and deads. Way too many people look at the ground especially on dead lifts
In all my years of going to the gym, I never thought I would get to see a floating barbell squat 600 lbs, but here we are.
His squat technique is almost textbook
As a coach for 20 years I tell all my lifters get shoes!!!!
And that pause makes bro look like he's at peace in his happy place
being able to squat like that sounds so fun
Squat was my favorite in my young days, did 750 for double, 500 to the floor and up for 10 easy..where those days went 😂
Did you ever see some of the weight that Joe Kovacs and Ryan Crouser have put up doing squats? Wondering how their technique looks
you know john is great with lifting heavy when Paul Wight (Big Show) says he felt the most stable on his shoulders
I realized how strong he really is when he started working out and made some videos with Mike Bell a few years ago. He has legitimate powerlifting strength.
Genuinely beautiful squat form
God the air is getting absolutely ripped with this one
Good thing there aren’t any other invisible people so we actually know it’s John cena in the floating clothes
Feels like a bromance up in here.
My knees have a problem when I squat. Either that, or I lose balance. In order to get balance, I really have to open my l3gs wide
Props to the guy for quoting Boromir
Bro that bar was floating in mid air 😮
This is first time I saw smith machine moving on it's own
He started as a body builder, has over 30 years of lifting experience.
