About 10 years ago, my friend gave me his XBOX 360. One day I was trying to watch Jaws ( DVD ) on it and it said to enter a 4 digit code. I was confused as heck. And for years I was trying to get it to work. And this video helped me so much. Thank you!

@DeathFox - Music it does not delete them from your account so your games stay in your download history so you’re not billed again.
Now when you get to the selection keep games and apps this allows the files to stay in your memory so when you start up it will be installed and ready to pay when you log in..
Now if you hit delete all without hitting “keep games and apps” this will require you to reinstall your games again but you won’t be charged as these are in your account already purchased.

You’re awesome what can I say you got the best video out there for figuring out a passcode attached to your Xbox360. your video need to go viral cause your thorough correct and straight to the point most people wanna sit there and talk bullshit and do all this other stuff to the point where you don’t even wanna watch the whole video I can’t even get to a quarter of the video most of these people cant make a clear point and talk about everything else but what the video is supposed to be about. Lames smh but you really get to the point nobody wants to hear all the small Smalltalk. Yeah it’s tricky for sure ! thankfully Microsoft has stopped these type of family passcodes on console because they are so confusing and hard at times. I’m just glad that people are seeing the video and it’s helping them out so thank you for watching I really appreciate it

Andrew Rowell yeah I notice that too I think that was a feature they have missed out on since back in the day only agent could do it when they changed it and allow us to do it from the site it made it easier but some of the details are harder to understand especially when you’re trying to do the steps and read it all at the same time I’m so glad we got you back on track!

WOW!!! All those other "how to" that fail. I was given this 360 over a year ago and decided to pull it from the cave that it inhabited since my ownership and play some games in my new found free time..... Problem... Wanted to play Call of Duty but it wanted some crazy code.... an hour looking and found your how to that actually worked (maybe because it is the adult way to do things and not some kids "hack"). I am now subscribed and will be looking at your other content! BTW, I am from the 8 bit and vector game days. This thing is unreal and I know it is old too.

Hi there my xbox 360 E is showing however when i click on the manage button only shows three options and the reset passcode isn’t one of them. I removed my xbox device then added again i tried it on all sorts of browsers like google i would like u to please help im really struggling 💜
Hi there, check one more thing ..another thing I would see if perhaps you have a child account sometime that will prevent it from showing check your date of birth on Microsoft account and see if it shows proper date
if it does and nothing work I would try on a different account even if you have to create a new one just to bypass the reset
once you get your reset you can delete the new account unless you plan on setting up the family account again then we have to call Microsoft to see if they figure out why your account is not registering your reset info for your account
Due to holidays it might take a while to call them so I recommend the second account option just to make it quicker to get your reset out of the way :)

Um, so when I go to devices and hit "Manage", there are only three things I can choose "Get support, Get Apps, or Remove Xbox". How come I can't see the "Reset Passcode" feature. Please help as soon as possible thanks
AlphaChampion1000 hi there so there is a couple of reason this can happen try removing the console and then readd it
Next make sure the account is an adult account you can check on the Microsoft account info under date of birth
If that looks good try a different web browser if you are using your iPhone safari browser doesn’t display all the function
Gives these a shot and see if that works if it doesn’t than give Xbox a call so they can check your console information and they will be able to get it for you
