If none of these codes work for you, then you have to do the Initial Setup feature. If it is disabled, then you will have to contact Microsoft to get your reset code from there if this is your last option. The phone number for Xbox customer support is (800) 4MY-XBOX or [phone].

Does all memory get deleted such as game data profiles items purchased?
I get message saying go to account.live.com to fix issue with code 8015000A at bottom. All because I had to delete my profile redownload it now its saying something about sign in credentials. I did the cache clearing the whole trouble shooting of fixes but I dont want to lose data.

Good question, no it doesn’t. If you don’t format the HDD but reset the system settings, all of the content including games on the HDD will still be there. System systems is part of the NAND’s OS and has no affect on the HDD

Yes, it will still keep its rgh/jtag even if the console is reset to factory defaults. It’s all part of the xbox 360 software so it won’t have any impact on the hardware if it’s an rgh/jtag.
