@@bewaresilentjaguar8860 sounds like the reset did not take when you Access your family settings are they still active? If it is they need to redo the reset again that should show off if that is still enabled then you won’t be able to play that game until is disabled

Hi theprivategamer Not sure exactly what your issue is but if it’s not working you can definitely give Xbox a call it’s the same steps for everyone just be sure that you are signing in and registering your system so that it knows which code to give to you once you get your code for your recent this should allow you to reset your system..

First of all, I am sorry for that comment . I was really upset bcs of my time wasted in front of my xbox and no results. My problem is at the step 3. The code that the xbox is giving me is not the correct one and I dont know what to do.

Hi BigBoss_tate! Let see if I can help! How are you connecting to your Xbox ? WiFi or wired ? If wireless can you try to connect with a wire to test it? Do you have a hot spot option on your phone to connect and test it to see if it will connect? When you test your network does it respond back with a scan ? For example download speed and upload speed ? Let me know

I totally understand !! I assure you will be just fine!! keep in mind when you viewed the video you will see we did not access any hard drive memory … so we never removed any files .. . I do advise to just remove any usb attached so the system can have a clean start once it boots out. just follow the steps I provide and everything will be right where it is when you return!

Hi Potat this can happen sometimes let’s try a couple of steps First let look at the account itself double check your date of birth if your account is set for minor account which is under age it will not allow you to make any adjustments to it double check that in your Microsoft account if that is all set and it does not work then move onto the next step Step 2 check your web browser Change your browser if you are using Safari change it to Google if you’re using Google change it to Safari and so on give that a shot and see if that makes the difference. If that does not work either use a different Microsoft account or create a secondary account and then try to add it on make sure the account is an adult account then you should be able to see those changes apply once you’re set and everything is good then you can get out of that account you do not need to maintain it for any reason after that. If none of these work you should be able to contact Xbox customer support and they should be able to help you reset that option so that you can get your code to be able to reset your family passcode I hope this helps!

Hi Benji i’m not sure exactly what option you’re going into but whenever you get into your settings you do not need to be signed into any particular account. you just need to get to that section to see the information so that you can reset The information that you see from there into your account if you follow the video it takes you step-by-step on every step to get you there if you can’t get it then I would definitely advise you to contact Xbox and they’ll be able to assist you but keep in mind it will be the very same steps that I’ve given you here

What happens when you try ? Does it give you any error messages ?

Hi legend actually this video is for the family passcode lock downs unless the Internet was blocked because of the family passcode then it may free it up. You would have to see exactly the reason why your Internet would be blocked what type of error message do you get when you try?

@@stephaniexboxcorner9735 it says turn off modem for 5 minutes and plug it and wait another 60 seconds The same problem when i try to connect internet And i saw the internet blocked and xbox live blocked but the wifi speed is 30 mbs How i can fix it?

@@legend_-zx2xr I would try to delete the system update and redo it this way any blocks that might be happening can reset the Xbox connection and then it should pop up to connect you back on try this Delete previously installed updates On your console, go to settings, and then select System. Select Storage. Highlight the memory unit. On the controller, press the following series of buttons: LB, RB, X, LB, RB, X. This opens the Delete System Update window. Select Yes. This restarts the Xbox 360 console. When the console restarts, you are prompted to install the latest updates. Follow the instructions to install the updates. Once you do that reconnect and try again

Hi Batman1983 that is odd .. there is two more ways to find this Open up the USB port in the front of your console. Look for a sticker with a number. This should be the serial number. Or you can find it in your settings Go to System Information. Here you will see It displaying your Serial Number. Make sure it’s the same one you have if you have any trouble contact Xbox and they can manually try for you and update it.
