    In Malaysia we usually add the egg at the end. Also, kicap manis is more Indonesian, Malaysians tend to use the thick caramel dark soy.

    This is a slightly different version to the one you did a while back. It was that one which i think was the first ever eastern food i ever cooked and with some minor adjustments is a favorite in my house now. Lovely! will try the shrimp paste in the next one i do.

    I need to see a tutorial on how to use chopsticks in this way. I've always used them the traditional way and over time, my hand will get sore on heavier foods
