Not surprised there weren't responses to e-mails from news station, regarding what is going on? Lennar is very busy getting permits pulled, demo crews hired, construction schedule set, and eviction forms filled out for current tenants! Time is $$$! Isn't how these things go?! 🤔🤣
If you bought property in 2020….it wasn’t cheap. So you would have to up your rent to “make up” for it. But consider it’s historical value….if everyone just buy and mowed down to rebuild, we would never have any historical structures left.
Let's see, new owners, month to month lease, plan presented to the city foe redevelopment, only a couple current places going to stay on plans submitted. Tell me, what part of this whole scenario is so hard for current businesses to understand? The writing is on the wall. Maybe, just maybe they should be looking for a new location.
Private equity???
Is the red onion still there? 🤔
