Having started my own KDP journey about 6 months back I have been so frustrated with few sales. Your video definitely helps to keep me motivated as there are other things to fix / try. I can now see some of the mistakes. Also trying Ads now thanks to your other video.

@@randomthings2016 A little..I found that Fonts make or break results as well as quality of interiors. Ads brought more views and some sales. A+ content makes a difference too.

One thing...as a newbie I did create two holiday coloring books, Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day. They sold pretty darn well to my surprise. We shall see how Easter and others go. Naturally, I've created many GREEN books, too. The niche and keywords are always a challenge. I will keep on learning. Thanks again. :)

I cannot figure how a niche isn't oversaturated to even start, I am a little overwhelmed seems every idea I have is taken, I cannot figure out how to niche down on Amazon even after watching videos, but I am not giving up. I have learned it will take time to research, learn the rules, find the niche, software, images, design, create and publish so I am being patient,

As a self-published author on Amazon, I know only too well just how frustrating it can be to try and get sales. The worst part is slaving for months over a new book - only to end up thoroughly disappointed when it proves to be unprofitable. A total waste of effort! Therefore, I found this video to be very informative.

I'm sure there is even better ways of making the cover. I'm just comparing it to these other ones. To me it also felt like one can do this activity book sitting in the garden or something. But you are right, it can be more obvious.

Not for printed books no.

And for high it's giving me

What should i do
And other details are:

Total Results: 347
Reviews : 621
Those metrics seem ok. But learn to confirm a niche. Watch my other videos to learn more about that

Does the title or your book have to be the exact same as what is on the cover of your book?
The title has to either match what's on the cover or the spine.

in the bad niche keyword section, i see that you search under the "books section" and not "all" is that make any difference? because a lot of people said that you must search in "all" section
Always search in all. This wasn't a tutorial on that part, but should have put / left it on "All"

I still cannot figure out whether Amazon ranks by keywords or book title. It seems to be a mix.
Your title / subtitle are definitely keywords Amazon uses.
@@SelfPublishingTitans but what if the title of my book, eg fiction, does not contain keywords? There are fiction self-published books that sell and they only include the title of the book.
